I think it is wonderful to have a place where you can find so much information. I would tell new people to talk with people of ecf and get their opinions before you jump in and buy something. I know I have been thinking about a purchase and received some money saving advice. That is what is so wonderful about ecf........the people. Happy vaping to ya. :)

If you have a problem with your vaping setup, know that there IS a solution.

The number of times I see someone posting about having an issue with a clearo or other topper and someone else says just buy a different one...

This advice is priceless.

Whatever issue you are having can almost always be fixed with a little patience, a little knowledge and some perseverance.

Don't rush. Find some gear that's interesting to you and seems to fit your style. Make it work the best you can until you get used to vaping, detox a bit from the smog, and learn what you actually want in gear as well as regain some of your taste buds. It's amazing how quickly our priorities in gear change as we adjust to vaping. Then have fun shopping for it and perhaps trying some of the latest and greatest in atomizing devices. :)

Just because I have a mod and drip tips for every occasion doesn't mean you'll want to do that. :)

(of course, if it's a cig alike you might want to consider getting a Ego or similar battery, too and[/B have a couple types of currently touted and brand toppers (clearo's) on hand to get you going.)

Buy an eGo Vision/Spinner that gives you variable voltage right off the bat. Couple that with an Evod or Aspire BDC clearo and try some sample packs of juice or small bottles that won't be a waste if you don't care for some of them. Don't worry, when you are out they will get you by until your favorite juice order finally hits the mailbox. The VV eGo mod will be a great backup device when you decide to plop down big money for something fancier later. We all need two or three levels of backup in case our main vape goes South.

Read, read, and read some more here on ECF about anything you are considering buying. Check out what's available and glean from the experiences of others who have tried it. Money is hard to come by, so don't waste it being a guinea pig for atomizers that people don't love! You can find out before spending the money if you read the reviews. Don't believe everything you hear. Lots of people are excited when they first buy something, review it in glowing terms, and later on chunk it in a box for something better when they discover it's not the Holy Grail. Those who wait and study first save money and frustration. Read multiple reviews on everything.

Watch every YouTube video review that PBusardo has ever done. It doesn't matter if you've never seen that item. Just learn for background purposes. When you about to order online or in a B&M that information will come back to you and help you make an informed decision.

If you decide to try recoiling, look up RipTrippers on YouTube and watch his recoiling videos. He does some of the best explanations and produces some great videos with exceptional video clarity. He's one of the best in the business.
