Morning ladies and gents!

Pizza, even tho I've been vaping for 4 years, I was a dual user continuing to smoke about 5 cigs a day. I've FINALLY been cig free for 7 weeks today!! So I'm still very cautious about possible triggers. In the past, every time I tried a tobacco flavor I would think to myself 'I may as well smoke if this is the flavor I want.' I'm happy to say that the B'nM didn't give me a craving for the real thing

DP, it's a very mild tobacco flavor with strong hits of chocolate, vanilla and cream.

I vape NETs almost exclusively & the one time I did smoke after 6ish months of not smoking, it most certainly wasn't the flavor I got or was even expecting. It was horrible & I liked tobacco. I LOVED the smell of it, still do. I used to keep my pack up by the speedometer & in the winter with the heat on they'd get warm up there. I'd smell my cig for a good minute or two before I lit it. I'm kinda weird that way, I s'pose. The flavor of some good NETs reminds me of smelling unburned tobacco, not so much smoking it. By the way, after only vaping for 6 months, lighting up even my old favorite brand, was like rolling up a sheet of printer paper & lighting it on fire. There was no tobacco, just the flavor of ash & burning paper. Blech!

I had switched to rolling my own using a natural tobacco for a year or so before I quit. I'm not having crazy cravings, so I'm really happy...in fact I rarely even think about a real cig anymore. I still have tobacco and tubes in the closet with my rolling machine.

Morning DP! And Fran and Bov, It's funny isn't it. I hear a lot of people stay away from tobacco so it won't tempt them. In my case I MUST have tobacco to replace what I gave up. I realy don't feel like I quit. I'm just doing it a modern, much more healtier way. Some of my favorite juices are nasty, ashy cig tasting.

to each his own, eh? Whatever works.

I did that but it was worse.
I gotta have tobacco flavors. I smoked stinkies for an obscenely long time. Many of you weren't even alive when I took my first puff. I started vaping to replace an unhealthier, more exspensive habit but I have yet to find a tobacco flavored juice that has the nasty taste stinkies had. Still when it comes to cake, candy, or fruit I don't want to vape them but eat them so I only use tobacco flavors. Found some close to a real one taste wise but not the nasty part of smoking.

Well I'm proud & happy for you! Getting past that first week is rough. The first month, tough & that second month is still pretty hard.

NET's are hit or miss. I've had some amazing ones & I've had some that were downright terrible. I vape like I smoked - I don't hop around with every flavor in the rainbow, I stick to just a couple, just like my brand of cigs. HHV's Dark Horse is my main vape. Legend is another daily vape. I like HHV's NETs because of their extraction process... they just come out cleaner than a lot of the others like NETcom or MOV. But they have several NETs that I don't like at all, like Huntsman.

Whatever keeps *you* off the cigs, that's the important flavor.

Well I have friendships that are as close and good as can be. The romance part is the fastest way to mess up a great friendship. It's funny too because the majority of my friendships are with women. Some of them would like to make that fatal step into romance but I think too much of my friends to do that to them. If I had more to offer someone I might make that step but I do just fine the way I have it set up now. BTW My last romance ended with me holding her hand as she slipped from this earth into the afterlife.

I just want to let you guys know that I do love you(s) so much and thank you for everything. I love that you guys made a home here and believe it or not, you guys are what is keeping IKV breathing. It may be on life support but I think everything is going to be alright. I have been overseeing the production of the Platinum K this week and almost took the opportunity to go over the pond. I have nothing but faith that it is really going to lift us back up to stability and keep a flowing stock. Without you guys, we would be Nothing. Please never forget that you guys, down to your amazing hearts, are the soul of IKV.

For a personal update:
I'm not too spiritual but this made my hair stand on end as well as tears 2 days ago..
My Mom spoke to a Medium on a phoneline from France. Yesterday would have been my Dad's birthday.
She told my mom that my dad was there and talking through her. She said that my mom needs to stop blaming herself as she feels that she never treated him right. Which she has been for nearly a year to me. She said that my Father is still here and didn't cross over because he is worried about the 2 of us and my mom just needs to let go. She said his presence is causing depression because of refusing to cross over. At this point the Medium was speaking to my dad , promising him that we're all going to be ok, there just a few precautions to take. My mom has been trying to sell her home and through 4 realtors something happened each time preventing the home to go on the market. The Medium said that the house has been cursed by a man and woman who sold the house to my parents. "they got what they bargained for and already paid the price, they died 6 weeks after the house was sold" was what she said. Now my mom must light a 3 day candle and absolutely not let the light be distinguished to cleanse the house to remove the curse. She told my mom that she must let him go. Two nights ago this was all said. That night my mom cried and couldn't sleep at 4am yesterday morning. She woke up and accepted the truth of everything and prayed to give her strength to let him go. She said she got very dizzy and just felt a serene of peace and my dad's photo hanging, just fell over. In that moment the Medium called my mom from France and asked what did she just do? Because his spirit just let this life. I visited my mom yesterday and she is so ecstatic, it's like she's back to her old self!

The Medium also told my mom that her son (me) has been severely struggling for the past few months with bad luck around every corner.It is due to what is called an "Evil eye" Some kind of mark that is fed off of jealousy and I need to watch myself for some idea I have will be attempted to be stolen. If I can prevent it, then we will be successful. She is passing on the ingredients of some kind of packet to release me from the said curse.She also said that we are going to suffer for a shirt while yet but we will be back to full strength as we once were but even doubled.
So fingers crossed! I'm not against anything or don't know how much stock to put into this, but hey if we believe there is a god, then why can't we believe in another side, right?

Some of them would like to make that fatal step into romance but I think too much of my friends to do that to them. I know my friend but I think you discredit yourself. It's not about what you have to offer. Materials will always come and go and making a relationship close can give it a chance to break, but so can crossing a street. I have a few ex partners that I still love but as a friend. It didn't work, it didn't work, but it's how you separate is what matters and at the least you tried. Don't think of it as you cause destruction. Maybe in another life perhaps, but your different now. you grown,learned and experienced. You know that positives and negatives and you understand people allot more. It's your heart that is wanted by your friends, not what you have. You're a clean soul John and in a tainted world, its a rarity. You spread peace and happiness where ever you travel man. Why can't you feel it too. You're beautiful man and you have worlds to offer. You just need to see it my dear friend. Life is all about chances.

Thanks buddy but sometimes no matter how good you can be to or for someone else there is still the packaging or what some call excess baggage and there is nothing in the world you or anyone else can do about that. You hook up with someone else and your problems become theirs. Not that I have a bunch of them but if you are alone and you get hurt or something else then it stops there.

Just feeling pretty awesome KK I felt the weight shed yesterday without knowing what might of happened. My personal bank account has about 50 cents and the business has 850.00 For the first time in a long time, I just shrugged it off and took the kids school shopping with a clear mind.

But why does it have to stop there, you know? As always life does go on. If they can't handle your issues then so be it or vice versa. Sharing a life is accepting each other what they bring to the table. The people that want to get to know you more, already know you and know what they're getting into. We're not talking strangers wanting to hook up with you, just people who already know you, right? You can tell allot by one's appearance my dear friend. They see you for you as you see them. From the way they carry themselves to how they dress.to their intentions. When I tell you, that you are one of the greatest human beings I ever met, please don't take it lightly, there's allot to you that you don't realize. You don't have allot to lose in this situation, not even a friendship if you hold it dear. As Deb said it, sharing the joys is always incredible. No pressure, just please try to see you from a different perspective.

Well I'll keep you posted because the people here mean a lot to me and this is where I share what's going on in J5's life.

On another note I am religious, although I haven't been to church since I was a kid but I think there is others in different planes of existence and that experience you had is so cool my friend. I was skeptical before but I had an experience, I'm not going to share now, happen to me and it gave proof to me that it exists. For one thing I don't know anyone that has had the problems you have had. I am so happy that finally a little positive is coming into your life. You and your family deserve it. I bet things change for you and yours now and that really makes me feel good.

J5, I recently whined to another dear friend (*cough*-DP) that I fear I will be overlooked as nothing more than a financial liability, rather than someone who has real value to bring to the table. I got pretty close to the same loving words as Isaac just gave you! We are our own worst enemies when we tell ourselves that we are broken. Be it romance or platonic, the foundation to any successful relationship is a strong friendship
