This reminds me of an extra credit question on an exam in high school. The two guys who ended up being #1 & #2 in my graduating class were arguing as to why their answers were correct and the teacher was wrong in marking them as wrong. He was a nice guy and heard them out and then pointed at me and said, why don't you ask the only one in the class to get it right what the answer is?
I said, "Zero, there is no dirt in a hole."
The problem went on and on about the dimensions of a hole and then the final sentance was, "How much dirt is in the hole?" I just read the final sentance and construct an answer for the actual question.
He can vape all of them. The information before the question is a red herring.

The question is how many he can vape not fill... You could put .4 mls in 100 cartos... If he is like most people you only vape one carto at a time.... If you go extreme he could put how ever many the vapor could fit between the lips and how many devices they have would limit this.... I have seen pics with up to 6 or 8 pen styles lit at one... But generally an individual does just vape "one" at a given time....

Nah, I'm one of those annoying people who answer the question that was asked instead of the question that was meant.

If Mega Cartos hold 1.8 ml each, then he would be able to fill almost 14 (13.89) mega cartos {really though - would you want to? yuck lol}
