Buddy I'm glad you share your bad and good times with us because we do care and as your customers a lot of us feel very close to you and yours. I'm so sorry your father is going through this and I understand his fears and other feelings but as TT put it he brought us you. Without you we wouldn't have all these great products because out of all the numerous venders and manufacturers none of them have been able to do what you do.
BUT the most important thing your Father did when he give us you was "You". He gave us not only a vendor that truly cares what we want in our vaping gear he give us a caring, thoughtful man and his family that has become a great friend to many of us. For that I will always be thankful to your Father and Mother.
I'm trying to check out and it's saying "please calculate shipping before submitting order" I don't see anywhere to do this and I think Ike said somewhere in this thread that he removed it...

After you log in and fill out your address etc. Right above where it says calculate shipping is a drop down box that has the shipping options. All this is on the first page after you click checkout.
It's there at first, but when I correct my city from PA to Pittsburgh and select Pennsylvania for the state from the drop down, the shipping step disappears.
I see what happened. I wondered about that too. It's because your order is over $50.00 so it ships free. When I changed the ship address on the first page I got calc. shipping but the options were gone.

Well, with step 5 disappearing and corecommerce still wanting me to calculate shipping, I am unable to place an order.

Are you doing it with a logged in account or trying to check out as a guest? I found the checkout was hanging when I tried to do a guest checkout but it flew through the process when I did it with a logged in account.

Try this. Go into your personal info and edit it so your address and shipping address are the same.

Thank you for your awesome troubleshooting! I head over to tech support right a way! Lately the PA, PA has been working. I can't replicate the process and the techies cannot as well. We'll try again though!

As said in email Corey, check your boxes. Val has been downsizing orders containing 40 cartos down to 6 boxes so they would fit into the packing envelopes, you should have 6-7 in each box.

At long last, after hearing all of the raves from those on the "inside" with your wares, I finally received and loaded up my first Ikenvape cartos. The rumors are all true. BY FAR the best cartos on the market...by a long shot. Hands down the very best cartos on Earth. These things are magic. I should have ordered 100. Hopefully you can keep them in stock consistently because I will be back...and back...and back...

Dad isn't doing so good.
His body started rejecting any type of food. He says that everything tastes so bad to the point where he feels nauseous.
Hospice did come and install a bed along with oxygen tanks and a machine. He has become very reliant on it and is unable to leave the bed without it's support. He hasn't had a bowel movement in 2 weeks now and skin is deep yellow. I fear the time is quickly approaching. I had to take off from here yesterday to call our lawyer for arrangements but Val remained handling the orders. She managed to handle 150 of them her self but by the time I came back it was too late to run to the post office by minutes. Sorry about that guys.

That's AWESOME Bigjuicy! I'm so glad to hear it! I promise to try our best to get a steady stock flow so we never run out. We're almost at the point where we can order more. The beginning is going to be a rough start for this goal, but we will get it!
