I've had an alarming number (3-5) of cartos in my last order that just don't seem to hold the juice very well. Almost as if the batting isn't quite as dense as usual, anyone else or is it just me? 801 SR Fusions, I should clarify more often. 
Yes Drew, I've had a few of my SR 801 Fusions (non punched) act the same. I noticed the same, as in the batting seems to be not as dense.
A few of us had the oposite problem. We kept getting dry hits on the mega 801s so tonight I looked closely at one (Hard to do with one eye) but I found that one of the holes didn't go all the way through. I opened that hole and it works perfectly. If you do it don't go too deep and pierce the tube inside or it will be shot.

Well it's comforting to know it isn't just me.

So far I only had one mega sr that needed fixed. I've been using my Evod ll most of the time. It works great but goes through a lot of juice or maybe it's because I use it so much.

Drew I agree, only a few out of a decent amount on my last order, which is why I didn't mention it.
5, these are the not the pre punched Fusions, I prefer to punch my own. I also take a little awl and bore out the air holes on the bottom rim just a bit bigger
