What are people seeing when they say scroll to the bottom? I just see the "are you 18?" message again. Clicking Enter again just takes me to the home page. I have been trying to order some fusions for a couple of hours on different browsers with no luck. Just sticks at "Preparing your order... Please wait".

On that page just scroll down to the lower part and you will see the options

Just above the Are You 18 banners was an account log-in. If you haven't made a new account, do so there, or if you have then log into your account. (Doesn't matter if you were logged in before you got the the "Preparing your order..." screen as you get logged out when that screen opens for some odd reason.

Don't scroll all the way to the bottom. After the blank area, you should see two red tabs...either "login and checkout"..or "proceed to checkout". Use these tabs to get to the next page where you'll put in your coupon and shipping/billing info. In my case, I set up a new account since my old password was not working.

Ahhh, finally. I created a new account in Chrome and tried there first, but couldnt get anything going so I switched to firefox which is where I took that screenshot from. The links never showed in firefox no matter how many times I tried. When I went back to Chrome and refreshed a couple of times, I finally got them to show up. Order placed. Thanks guys.

I hope Isaac gets the site fixed before he loses more business to people not on the forums. Normal people would just give up and order elsewhere.

Yeah, I had to refresh a kajillion times. Some of it is that the site is glitchy, but I imagine that some of it is from the volume of orders its trying to process today.

After reading all 6 pages and recreating my account at Ikenvape, I finally got my order placed.. Order#124, I never did find the place to apply the discount or free shipping code.. None the less I have been waiting weeks to get some more atty's.. The cisco atty are junk and the HH's are too expensive and don't last very long.. Glad to see you a finally back open for buisness..
