Love the RY4 for Ikenvape, its my favorite, but...
Put in an order last week on 6/26, on 6/27 I emailed sales@ (even tried Twitter) requesting that the order ship to the billing address if it wasn't going to be delivered by 6/29 (didn't get any replies, and I couldn't cancel the order). Was hoping to have my order in my greedy little hands before I left on vacation, today I get an email notification that the order shipped... to my office. Express shipping shouldn't be an option if it takes a week to ship something that's in stock... more to the point, the website should have something up which gives an estimate of current shipping times.
Here's hoping it gets to my office before I leave, and that I can sneak in and out without having a bunch of IT requests snipe me... 8/
(and now I feel like a putz cos I just saw the email with a refund of the shipping costs... my bad... lol)
I feel your frustration but this isn't normal Ikenvape business practices. He's usually one of the fastest vendors on the market. You can blame the lowlife scumbags that burnt him for thousands of dollars for all this.
I can tell you this though. Isaac thinks more of his customers than the business and not being able to bring them the stellar service they're used to bothers him deeply. He is a very nice guy and cares greatly for his customers. Because of all this it now costs him more to do business and beings he is a one man operation trying to set up this new page, new cc service, new office and home, plus keeping stock coming in, put away, orders fullfilled and packaged, etc. stc. etc. and also being a father and husband it has upset the apple cart. That's one of the reasons for this second closure, to address some of the issues that people were concerned about.
The business will be back to smooth operation, emails will be answered and so on very soon. I will say again though that he hasn't forgot no one and is saddened by all this. He has brought us all a lot so please be patient.
Oh and I hope you get your order on time so all goes well for you. Have a good vacation.

I don't know exactly what happened and probably don't need to know. But there's a lot of other really nice suppliers out there running small operations who could potentially suffer the same kind of theft.
I just don't want to see this sort of thing happen to others.

If ever responds to emails or PMs about his product...goodness? Hmm, that used to be true.
Soon things will be back to normal. It's either answer emails and take orders intermittently or just fix it all now and then have everything back to normal 100 % of the time. I know you want answers to your questions and that is right but with all that's taken place lately we're all just going to have to be patient. I do know when he's back in 100% working order he will take care of everyone.

That's a good point but he does put Twitter updates and info other places.
