I am in Vivi Heaven. My Mini Vivi Nova and it's bigger brother came in the mail today from GotVapes and I've been breaking them in for the last hour.

The verdict is in and I AM IN LOVE! Excellent draw, perfect throat hit, great flavor, & tons of vapor.

I'm probably going to order one more Viva Nova and 3 more of the Mini Vivi's.

I one happy vaping camper right about now.

Novas are good to have, just got my first ones last week. I still dig my carto tanks with a good carto...but they both have a place.

Why the extension? If your center pin is a but too flush, you can adjust it both on the lavatube and on the nova. I have one that is very touchy.

"good" carto tanks are subjective to the user....personally, i'm a firm believer in phiniac, as they simply make the best carto tanks....and they are glass, so they won't react to cinnamon or citrus juices like a poly tank...not saying there aren't any good poly tanks, but pyrex glass is so far and away better if you get a good tank it's unreal.

Vivi Nova=Best bang for buck in vaping to date. Read up how to rebuild in the Rebuildables section or on you tube. With Cotton cheesecloth they are even better with full flavor. I use Genesis atty's at the house, but work, and out and about it is the Vivi Nova's.

I just got mine from GotVapes too... I have only been playing with the mini thusfar, but got the mini, 2 full size kits and a 5 pack of replaceable heads ...

You need a stainless/chrome tip for your vv !!!

I totally agree that setup you have is a beauty! GotVapes is going to get a lot of my business in the next few weeks.

I love how smooth the Vivis hit! Plus, they're way quieter, which means when I'm in the movie theater, you don't hear my crackaling vaporizer, lol!

The only thing I don't like about them is that with zero nicotine, it tends to be a little too smooth; I end up not feeling it at all until my lungs are completely full with vapor and I'm having a fit of coughs. When I use Vivis, I tend to vape on 6mg even though I normally vape on 0mg.

that video does not tell the whole story, the ones on the phiniac website are the ones to check out...i mean he pitches the thing like a baseball against a brick wall and it just bounces off...no nicks, no scratches...the only thing that happened was the cap popped off.

in all seriousness, it's hands down the BEST tank i've used. period. i've tried other glass tanks, and my love of citrus steers me away from the poly tanks, the thing i've noticed is, glass tanks that use grommets taste like you are vaping a good year tire...a used one...the phiniac tanks give the cleanest taste i've ever gotten from a carto/tank setup...and i hope to have another one soon because they are just THAT good...the only bad thing i could possibly say is that the black glass tanks are completely opaque, and you CANNOT see how much juice is left....but when you've got 7 mils of juice what does it matter?

Question? Do you punch/slot your own carto's? Is that even necessary?

Loving my Novas - got 5 of them and to me - there is a significant difference in the flavor - The Vivis seem to be a lot cleaner tasting - for me anyway

in regards to the question - I was never able to get consistent performance with them on my Lavatube which has a spring loaded pin as well - a 510 to 510 adapter (shown in the OP pictures) did it for me.. might check those out as they are pretty cheap

I had that same problem with my Lambo tube with other clearomizers that I'm currently using. I got a 510 to 510 adapter and that solved all of my issues. I'm not familiar with the Apollo Mini but that might solve your issues as well.
