this is so great... i was just starting to run low on funds... this guy is going to have his bank account raped when my lawyer is done with him!

notice he doesn't have any indicator or way to contact the host... convenient... can anyone find any information on who this website is registered with? they are required to take contact information from the registrant... i'm going to need that to forward to my lawyer so that they can file the papers against him.

The WORST thing we can all do is make links to his site, mention it and quote from it. I really would like to see this thread edited so all mention and links are removed. Rest assured Jimi...this ... is going to pay the price for his crime. On top of the crazy amount of libel, this is a textbook example of stalking - or cyberstalking, rather. That is a crime in Canada. We will not stand by & allow vapers to be intimidated, victimized & slandered. We have all the evidence we need - and we now know this guy's number - so we will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law.

I would ordinarily agree with "don't give this guy attention." In this case, we need to. Through the law. And we will.

I don't even get what he is trying to prove with his gallery. Unless it's to provoke a lot of people. What's with showing the houses? Is that to prove he has the ability to use google earth? The clips from ECF forum is that to show us he can cut and paste? The entire page makes his site lose credibility. Not that it has a lot to begin with. It really comes across as one giant rant. Of course to find out he sells PVs makes him look just plain pissy.

there is a lot of that lately. suppliers need to understand that we need to stick with each other. only a few bad apple don't get it. it make me sick!
