the thing is, any collection of data or personal information, isn't illegal on its own, though definately disturbing...

For me, Yes, my picture is readilly available on the internet... However, he is operating a website that attacks vaping and vapers and is using my image without my permission in a way that i would never have consented to... and he describes activists such as myself in ways that are incorrect, inappropriate and are slanderous and libelous.

A few things you should note on your comments....
1) the places on that site are not pictures of homes of vendors. this dude might know how to copy and paste from google earth - but that doesn't mean he knows where people live.
2) the pics show the outside of a few homes. likely placed in a delusional desire to make someone afraid - cause that's what stalkers do (though afraid of what - not sure). i don't see any "juice factories" though through the windows.

Without the glaring images page, there is alot of e cig "hate" literature on his site. If someone didn't know much about e-cigarettes this would be a site that would subvert them against vaping.

My post sent him into such an apoplectic frenzy that he rushed to find out any information he could about me and, quick as his Cheetoh-stained fingers could dance, he began to compose the most epic screed that had ever issued forth from his manic, oxygen-starved mind. Nimbly his fingers flew. Now upper-case! Now bold! Now underlined, italicized, and highlighted with yellow! And now -- ALL TEXT ATTRIBUTES AT ONCE! AND QUOTES FOR ADDED EMPHASIS! Surely to God and the heavens above this would put that smart-alecky little nasty in his place! HAHAHAHAHA---

And then, in the midst of his conniption, arms flailing as he cackled uncontrollably from both his rapier wit and dissemination of indisputable facts gleaned from only the most obscure of righteous sources, he hit the wrong button and everything vanished in the picosecond it took his computer to send the command to the server to delete the /~public_html directory.

And crazy nicotine guy wept.

So the crazy is back but it's had all its graffiti cleaned off. I noticed the forum has at least one guy trying to do the impossible and post some actual information. I'm almost tempted to suggest we all sign up to said forums and do likewise, but that would just be an exercise in futility.
