Did you get rid of it @Bman123?
Yeah I sold it someone on here with my sigelei 150 watt box mod and 4 Samsung 25r batteries.
I ordered another black rx200, a mutank kit and 3 more LG hg2 batteries. I wanted the mutank kit because I have no clue if I'm gonna end up getting surgery or not and would rather be able to screw a new coil in instead of building one, for the convenience factor alone its worth it.

I'll end up building on it all the time anyways until I have surgery. Don't worry I'll be back building again soon. No way could I not get another one of those.

I've looked around at other tanks and the mutank is the best bet. I'm gonna get this stainless Clapton wire tomorrow and throw a build in my troll to test it out. If its legit I'll buy a few spools of stainless wire when I can find it? And make my own Clapton wire or keep buying the stuff from that store because the price isn't that bad on it.

I found everything on sale online, it was only $94 shipped for the rx200, mutank kit and 3 LG hg2 batteries shipped. It was too good of a deal to pass up

Oh man! The only way you're leaving the MT gang is getting jumped out :D
Ha-ha, I promise you I'll be back and in full affect. I just found on eciggity that they sell those wotofo wire shot tubes for $1.99 for 5 coils. They had fused Clapton, spaced fused Clapton, hive wire and different twisted wires.

I'm gonna order a few of those since they are so cheap. They are all kanthal and or nichrome tho but I'd like to see how they compare against each other.

I'm really trying to branch out coil wise and find some crazy stuff that works good. So far I've been loving the Clapton kanthal wire but I know I can find better

Let me know if you find you like it. I never saw a ton of sense in it myself, probably because I am a mekkie at heart. I do like Claptons, but the wire is such a PITA to make, and twists do about 95% of the same job.

I agree with you, twisted wire is awesome. I ran quad twisted 28 gauge for a while. Dual twisted is basically a Clapton wire. Like triple twisted is basically a fused Clapton and its super easy to make.

I really want to try the spaced fused Clapton and the hive wire

Yeah, I'm rocking it at 66.6W and take about a 4-5 second pull. If I did that at 80W it would burn I'll rewick soon. I wanna use my dripper because the flavor is so much better, but I feel the flavor on the Mutanl could be just as good. I was just happy I got no leaks upon refilling. Leaking is what I'm worried about when I rewick.
Pleaae go back and check my pic I posted and tell me if my coils are at a good height.

I rebuilt my MT again. This time with dual parallel 26g, 6/7, 2.5mm at .18. I took it up to 100W and couldn't get but a 2 second pull on it before it started getting harsh from dryness. I just can't keep up. I backed it down to 90W and it's doing better. I still think it's not wicked quite properly. I have the wick where it slid through the coils just fine, then it was juice and tuck until the fluid ports were nicely packed and then trimmed off the rest. The flavor and vapor are great. I just can't get the wattage up there any further as it overcomes the juice in the wicking. The first build I did on this has worked the best for me, dual single wire 26g, 5/6,2.5mm at .3 ohms. The wicking wasn't done so packed and it did leak every time I filled it. These things are sure finicky on wicking. I imagine the Mutank and the Ohmega to be probably the same.

I was using the MT at 60 and it was perfect. I have been playing with settings up to 100. Back to 90, then 80, for awhile on 70. Just took it back down to 60 and the flavor is much better! Well, I have a 200W mod, but I'll settle for 60W and enjoy the better battery life!

22mm. I love it. It's on the D2 @48w with a SPACED 26g dual 8/9 wrap 3mmID .61 reading. If you love simple builds, smaller coils, and great flavor, the Bellus might be of interest also. Smaller build deck, 2 post 2 hole design where the liquid sits on top of the chamber and drips on to the wicks. Some people have trouble wicking and using the top fill with it leaking. The flavor is ridiculous.

I am really liking more simple builds. I've tried 3mm coils, but, for me, tend to run cooler than what I like. The mega metal builds are too slow, too cool. I have some Clapton and wasn't terribly impressed. I like my triple twisted 30 better. I made some tiger wire and that's just too much metal, too. My favorite coil size is 2.5mm. I've built micros before, but that was when I used small atties. I increased to 2mm, then 2.5 and have been happy with that. I have 24g, but haven't tried it in my MT yet. Even though I found what I like, I've tried a multitude of different builds to see if I can make it better, but seem to always go back.

Ohmega is stupid simple. I've only taken the MT up to 65w because the flavor decreases for me with too much heat. The ohmega I've done 55w. I'm comfy in the 40-55w range on the MT.
FWIW, I usually don't get the MT over 60 either.

I run 3mm builds in everything. A 3mm parallel coil shouldn't be cool if you put some wattage to it.

With the MT I have to make the wick kind of tight going thru the coil and put it in the juice channels dry or I over stuff it almost every time. I'm sorry to see your having trouble with it wicking.

I was getting the wick damp with liquid so it would pack in there nicely. Maybe I was shoving too much in there. But it seems to be working great at 60 and just upped it to 65 and it's doing well.

Almost every time I did that I packed in too much wick and choked the coil so I stopped doing it. I put the wick in the channel dry, cut off the rest that was hanging out. Wet the wick and push the last little bit in the channel after I put the chimney piece on. It wicked great like that for me and with claptons I was able to take it up to 120 watts.

Sure it got real hot at 120 watts and I ended up lowering down to 100 watts but it was a very good vape

When my tank is empty, I might take it apart, remove the chimney and try to re-wick it again doing it that way. That doesn't seem to go with the sledge hammer and sharp chisel routine mentioned early on in this thread.
