I haven't had any juice at the 510 pin on my rx200, the outer ring is a different story

I'm not actually sure I did either. The Q-tip came out pretty clean, nothing more than the slight discoloration one would expect from the metals touching.

I don't know how it gets there, but every time I take my MT off of my RX, I have a good, wet spot around the 510 from under the tank. I keep checking for leakage and can't really find any, except upon refill. Seems like it's seeping between the body and the AFC ring. Wish I could get this to stop leaking altogether.
Not a leak here, just spatter through the air holes.
It gets worst the lower the tank level gets.

RX Number 1 sometimes "loses" MT Number 3, for some reason I don't understand. It will give me "atomizer low," sometimes in the middle of the hit. Turning it off, loosening the tank, turning it back on and screwing the tank back down fixes it. .
I've been getting that some too.The first tank i was getting it on ended up having 1 post screw just a little bit loose which solved the issue. Now another one of my tanks is doing it occasionally, but if i let off the button and push it again,it will work fine, when it's empty,i'll check the screws on it,could be a loose one in it too hopefully.

Satan is sometimes leaking between the atty and afc ring. Its not getting in my 510, thankfully. There's no rhyme or reason to when he might do it either. It just happens when I least expect it to. My other 3 MTs are fine.

Last time was 8 days ago. I yelled, "Satan!. You %$#*ing bastid! If you don't stop you're going in the box for parts and I will never vape you again!"

I'm grateful for two things:

He listened.

And that I live alone in the boonies, and no one heard me, but the animals, and Satan.

I also get leaking only between the airflow ring and body, nowhere else......

I have a rx on the way. So whats the deal with the update? Why do you put in a number for ss316l if it can run it anyway? And where would one find this wire number if its good to use it? Thanks yall
Turn the mod off (5 clicks). Hold the fire and up buttons together until it pops up a menu. The menu will say "M1" and a 4 digit counter. Use the fire button to switch from M1 to the counter (or the up/dn buttons to go to M2 or M3). Once the counter is highlighted, use the up/dn buttons to set the TCR of the wire you intend to use in that memory mode. The setting is 100,000 (10^5) x the actual TCR. For SS316, the actual TCR is .00092, so you would enter 92. Here is a link to the Wismec launcher for the upgrade (the app that does the upgrade). On the same page lower down, at the blurb about being able to enter the TCR, is a link to a .zip file with the instructions, most of which I have just told you, and the actual TCR for various types of wire. Here is an ECF link to the TCR data as well. Once you have entered the TCR data in the memory cell, use the "3 clicks on the fire button" to bring up the menu to select the memory cell you have entered as the vape mode. As to why... well, I like it, and I think I am getting better TC response. You make the call. If you don't like it, 3 clicks, back to the menu, and select TCSS again.

Let's hope those birds don't pick it up :)

She's a beast, all right. I like it so much I have two of then and am trying to decide if I want another one, or perhaps the Asolo Mini so I can try TC with Kanthal wire (they say it works, but search me how). I really, really like the 3.0 firmware upgrade. It's very nice.

Tipped over my mod and it fell from a low table. Good news, the glass didn't break. Bad news, the two sections of the chamber pulled apart. I didn't know they were press fit together! Thought it was a stubbornly tight thread connection and left it alone.

It's a serious no-no designing a shallow press fit into thin material. :-x I have a small arbor press and will re-press fit the two pieces. We'll see how strong it is. But, generally, if you redo a press fit it will be nowhere near as strong. Hopefully it will hold well enough to still work at home, but no way will I carry this one in my pocket when I'm out.

Not good. We knew that, actually, it's buried somewhere in the previous 195 pages. So far, putting it back together has worked for everybody. But it is a poor design, without question. If you know a welder with a TIG machine, have him tack it.

Must have missed that. Glad the repairs have worked okay.
