I love my Infinity, but I'm having an issue I'm hoping you might be able to help me with. I accidentally flooded it with juice, which got all over my batteries and the inside of my Infinity. Per Buzz (who has been extremely helpful), I cleaned the inside of the unit out with alcohol and let it dry completely. It works, but sometimes fires on it's own without the button being pressed. Anyone know how I might be able to fix this? Thanks!!

If you're like me you hesitated to do it again because you don't want to be without your Infinity that long LOL. It can't hurt...and may save you from having to send it in to Mike for repair.

True!! I don't want to bother Mike. He's been really helpful, but I know how busy he is.

It doesn't take much juice in the switch to set them off. I keep a can of compressed air that is used to blow out computors and use it on my adapters once in awhile. They are completely dry after I wipe them out with a cloth but a shot of air and it surprises me how much juice is still in them.

That's a great idea! The Infinity is taking it's alcohol bath at the moment; I'll have to pick up a can of air for future use. :)

It works good huh? I got it for my PCs but it has migrated to my Buzz/ Infinity/ Pro area where it will probably stay. You can get PCs any old place but Notcig PVs are only gotten at notcig.com.

Great idea guys !! you should have told me before LOL ! on my fix it list now !

I am actually having a problem with my Infinity. It is ~3.3V at the lowest setting, if I move the dial ~1mm it is ~5.8V, if I move it a little further it will drop to ~4.9V, and then over 6V. It is non-linear. Except for the absolute low setting I cannot get it hit below ~4.8V, but then without moving it it could be ~5.4V a few minutes later. I am pretty careful not to have juice dripping into it - I am in the habit of taking my cartos off to fill them.

I am thinking the regulator or potentiometer is shot, but I remember someone posting with similar issues and I was wondering if it was worth the effort to try giving it a cleaning before sending it in.
