Infinity probelms again.HELP!!

Just got it back a week ago and now it's not working again. New probelm. I don't suppose there's any easy fix. My button sits right at the top of the hole and when depressed it stays in but does not fire. It isn't getting caught behind the tube,it's just high. It's sitting just about even with the tube and if I press hard on it it will sometimes fire. If I push down on the top of the button it will stick out like it's supposed to but as soon as I depress it, it stays depressed.

Looks like you've been hitting that button more than 1,000,000 times maybe and wore the poor button out Fran.
Since I don't have one, I'll just shut up and wait for 5C to appear. Mike is gone for the weekend so I doubt he will see this.
Sorry for your problem, I know the feeling. I just recently had my first problem with my Buzz.

The button on my Infinity sits pretty well centered in the hole, but the wheel sits very high, to the point where I have to use a thumbnail to turn it.

The board that the button sits on has been pushed in causing it to be on an angle. It's something Mike will have to fix.

I am without my Infinity for the weekend...I loaned it to a friend who bought a crappy quickie store starter kit!! I've been working on converting this fella ever since I started vaping so here's hoping that the Infinity shines for him

I loaded a carto, gave him a bottle of juice, put fresh batts in and told him vape his lil heart out until the batts quit LOL

I was vaping a carto that V4L threw in my last order and it was pretty good. It was caramel apple and I thought I might as well try it. Maybe I'm getting my taste for sweet flavors back.

Damn FranC !!! sorry , ok try this take a sharp Pin or needle and run it around the rubber button , this should dislodge any glue that may have worked into the button area .

I dont get this, we test the button a minimum of 5 times before they are packed and shipped ?????? total loss over here !!!

I tried that Mike and it didn't work. When I got it back it worked perfect for exactly aweek. Friday morning I got up and picked up the Infinity it wouldn't fire. I noticed right away the button had pushed into the tube.
