Inno-Vapor?

I e-mailed them twice and also placed 2 phone calls. I had been led to believe that my order had been shipped when in fact it had not. The second phone call is what actually got my order processed and shipped. I am now a happy owner of the 510 and PCC. The company did respond to my e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner, but I do think the company is out growing their ability to handle orders at this time. Hopefuly they will be able to manage this growth and still retain their customers. They offer great prices. But above all else - customer service and reputation are the life line of a business.

Smoked my last analog on the drive home from work, and by-passed the "cancer merchant" in hopes that my 510 had arrived.

And I was NOT disappointed!! Two days after Millie told me it had shipped, it's here! PCC, 2 510s, carts, liquid, and some "extras" for my trouble!

All in all, WELL worth the wait! Now let's see if this will successfully FULLY replace my pack-and-a-half-a-day Winston habit!

Ecopure is...interesting. I don't taste much (assuming my smoking-thrashed sense of taste is to blame), but it does remind me of something. Definitely getting a good throat hit, and a nice full plume of vapor!

For those of you who haven't received yet - I'll just echo what others have said. It's worth the wait!

Thanks Innovapor! I'm now a NON-SMOKER! :)

Good to know and congratulations! They told me mine would be shipping Friday (order# in the low 300s). I did order an extra 510 from RockyMountainVapor.com on Monday night when I found out they weren't shipped, Dave shipped Tuesday morning, I should have it tomorrow, so at least I will have a 510 for the weekend :w00t:

I look forward to my PCC and ECOPure from InnoVapor early next week.

I also just ordered a PS Manual USBpass to go along with the new sturdier 510 atomizers from InnoVapor, so I am all set for next week.

Exactly what I thought! I used the EcoPure for a few days to break in the atty since that was what was in my carts. I thought it was kind of strange and flavorless. After 3-4 days I found that I really liked the taste. Awaiting a resupply order of it now. Now I only use my other juices for a hit here and there to mix it up. I vape the EcoPure all day long. Insidiuous stuff.:thumb:

So I ordered the 510 as a back-up for my Rn4081, as I knew it was acting up..
Today it finally died.
So I am sucking on analogs and wishing I had gotten my 510 when I should have. With ever analog I smoke I get angrier and angrier. It wasn't my lack of foresight into buying a backup, it was not getting an honest answer and still no delivery of my 510 that has me right back were I started. Yes, I do blame Inno-Vapor.
Had we gotten a straight answwer off the bat I may have been able to scrape together some cash to buy from someone else while I waited. Or I could have canceled my order and figured something else out.
In the meantime I get an email today saying they are going to ship it soon. OK, but now the story has changed... whereas the "make-up" was that they would send a "new improved" atomizer to everyone who waited, now its..and I quote

"Any order that included several 510 atomizers will have at least on of our
new model atomizer free of charge! This atomizer has 3x life expectancy."

So no new atomizer for me, since I only ordered a 510 starter pack. Which means no make-up for the inconvenience. So the story changed, yet again.
Fat chance I'll be ordering from these people anytime again. I swear with every analog I smoke I get angrier and angrier....

Oh, I guess I better remove my banner now.

By the way, I really dig the PCC - but maybe DON'T put the sticker on...unless you do a really nice one (please don't do one like TW...). No offense to the sticker, but it kinda makes the PCC look cheap.

That said, I'd love a sticker or two for other spots around the house/office! My PC case or laptop can always use some new flair ;)

Ehvam - keep the faith man. Big mix-ups, confused stories, sure...but they're good folks. They'll take care of ya!

Gotta agree with Circuit. They are definitely going through some severe growing pains but it will make them better after it's all said and done. They are taking a beating right now and deservedly so. I wanted to try out an EVO for the wife but am waiting until everything calms down.

I can understand getting swamped with orders and running out of product but you have to communicate with all of your customers and let them know...The people that don't use these forums probably have no clue what is going on.

Like I said... some want the product and some want the communication. I don't know exactly what the situation was but I have no reason not to believe Noah when he said he decided to get the product out that he did have. Some will like that, some won't - the nature of the business when you're swamped. If he fixes what went wrong and keeps his prices as low as they were - he'll gain more business than he may have lost.

I think I'll speak for just about everyone when I say we want product AND communication ;)

There's a reason companies have a "customer relations" rep; At Innovapor, it seems they're ALL in customer service, which is horribly nice of them, but it results in mixed messages, confusion, and inefficiency. All growing pain type things, but they'll be just fine.

From my experience, there's not one reason to doubt their good intentions.

In my opinion Innovapor sucks! Just my opinion so dont get all mad at me. Ive given plenty of time to rectify it and i keep getting different stories, etc. For ex. one day i got an email saying ALL 510 orders were getting "new" atomizers then next email i get from them only order with multiple 510s will get 1 "new" free. Since i ordered the PCC with 1 510 it sounds like the wait and crap is all for not. I was told yesterday my order will ship in 24 hours no matter what! 24 hrs later it hasn't. Imagine that. I dont want to slam someone trying to come up but please stop the nonsense and just do what you said you would do. maybe im the only one getting the run around with them and if so im extremely sorry to Innovapor. I dont know maybe im just getting worked up for nothing, if so sorry but man this suks. Im still vaping but i hate giving my money to someone for a purchase and they hold it for close to 2 weeks and haven't shipped it yet wtf. Again if im out of line I apologize from the bottom of my heart but i buy a lot online and have had "problems" but nothing to this extreme and conflicting!

No need for apologies as far as I can see. Inno does "suck". A week delay? sure, OK.. going on two weeks? changing stories? Not giving customers a real heads up as to the situation because they want to make sure to keep the money? no Make-up for some customers? But some customers do get a "make-up"?
It all amounts to a FAIL of epic proportions. And all the "pro" Inno fans here are either people who have been taken care of by Inno, or people who hope to be. There are people here who seem to regular enough customers to be on first name basis with some of the Inno staff, and who probably do get taken care of before the rest of us nobodies do. Just as some customers got a gift certificate, a discount or now will be getting a new atty. The rest of can eat cake, obviously.
In no regular estimation is any of the above faults in any way "understandable". Not in the slightest. Its incompetence, pure and simple.

I had quit smoking, thanks to Inno, I'm back on analogs waiting for the day they decide to get it together. Sucks is an understatement.

I'm one of those customers that was pleased enough with InnoVapor to sing praises, my first order # was 70 with them.

I too am among all of you who's orders got hung up. I got no special treatment, and I'm still waiting for my order placed on 7/6, #306. Some of you with higher numbers have already received your orders. That is just silly to think that one customer is being given better treatment than another. What is the point? If they treat 5 special customers well, and the rest like crap...I doubt they can maintain a business that way! If they sent you all defective product so your orders would be on time, I doubt you'd be happy either!

Some of us refer to SleepHater as Noah, because early on he invited us to, signed his messages with..that name. That was only a few weeks ago before they got hammered with orders, and now have several people trying to keep up with all that has happened. If you want to call him Noah, do it, it's his name.

Others from InnoVapor have also invited you to call them by name, Tony, Millie, Clay, Mark, etc. They also gave you direct email, and direct phone numbers. Since they are busy trying to get your orders out, chances are the fastest answer you'd get is direct communication, rather than here where they have to go looking for the several threads around to answer whatever issue you have. Yet, they do that!! They even come looking to try to resolve issues.

I wish they hadn't run into trouble, but it's only going to make them better. I haven't given up on them, and I'm in the same boat as the rest of ya. Hope you all enjoy your stuff, and btw, if you still aren't happy, contact them directly!!! They will do what they can for you. They do want you to be happy.

Oh and Ehvam, I saw how much you enjoy your new 510 in another thread. Wish you could have let people know here too!

If you are bummed out about the wait, and I understand why, then you MUST call mark and let him know. He will make sure that your order gets red flagged and it will get shipped. I do know for a fact that cant keep their shelves stocked and the 510's I got were acctualy from TW in the tw multi-pack boxes. Innovapor is buying stock from all the supplies they can just to keep up with the orders. I went to inno because of the whole blu ordeal and was worried that it would be the same bad cs problem, nope, inno cs is the best. I will always do buisness with inno but when it comes to batts and attys i will get the multi-packs from TW, cant beat $54.99 for 5 manual batts and $39.99 for 5 atty's for the 510. Do the math and thats cheap as hell. Inno will get over this new buisness hump and I will be sure to drop their website to all my friends/family/co-workers.

p.s. I love my 510

this is i think what happened they advertised heavely about there deals and specials and there coupon codes and alot of people headed over to there website and started ordering alot of product so much product they couldnt fill all the orders i think when you run specials you should make sure you have enough supply or stop taking orders when your product is gone or you could just order from rockymountain vapor who never charges for shipping and is awesome with communication and his prices are among the cheapest i dont know how he makes any money
