I received an email notifying that I won, which is odd as the giveaway just began and runs another 12 days. All that is asked is name, address, copy of photo id with name and birthday showing and a $4 paypal payment. Too good to be true?

It may be to good to believe that it is true, however IT IS TRUE ! ! !
