after a small confusion in my ordering, it appears all has been figured out....i really appreciate IV in that through all my phone calls i never once felt like i was being a burden....it seemed like they genuinely wanted to sort things out....my only concern is that i ordered on the 14th and dont have an order number. (for reasons that have been explained to me by Mark). However i dont wanna get forgotten about because of all the other orders that have happend after mine and recieved order numbers....hopefully mine gets sent out soon and all can be forgotten!!.....ps....i will never hesitate to order from IV again EVEN with the problems ive had...THANKS GUYS dont forget about me!!!

Comments like this speak VOLUMES to me when purchasing anything. Granted I have only been cruising around these forums for a short time but IV is by far the best to deal with. With my first E-Cig purchase you made it EXTREMELY easy to decide.

Just wanted to say Thanks to all of the folks at IV! Got my order (#557) today with USPS Express Overnight. I've been enjoying it!

Thanks again! I'll be sure to hand out some of the referral cards I got to my friends.

I guess they are going in reverse order now...Nice to know, Maybe next month they'll get to the 300's.

Thanks for the number! I'll leave him alone for a couple days hah so i can wait till i get the e-mail saying its been shipped...i think he's tired of hearing from me! Just anxious to get off these dang ol cigs! Thanks again after i get this order ill be logging in to pick out my next additions to my collection!

I'm already losing my patience here, and I am a REALLY patient person. I ordered on the 4th, that's almost 2 weeks, and I have not received the usps confirmation. Noah told me to send him an e-mail so he could check the status of my order, I sent him the e-mail yesterday but I have not received a response yet, if I do not get a straight explanation soon I will take action immediately.

anyways anyword on if my order has been shipped? #514- im tired of waiting- i got the e-mail saying orders up to 550 have been shipped or will be shipped- still no confirmation e-mail. I am getting really tired of waiting. If i knew it was going to be like this I might have reconsidered ordering from them.

I've written two emails requesting either an immediate shipping confirmation from USPS or a refund. Both emails are without replies. I have called twice since 7/9/09 and was told both times it was being shipped that day. This is really passing the acceptable line and someone needs to answer to all these complaints and I strongly recommend you be completely honest and forthcoming about what's going on because this really looks bad.

Well, considering that I was one of the ones who hyped the crap out of InnoVapor around the board, I feel somewhat dismayed by the current situation. The customer service was the best thing about InnoVapor outside of the excellent prices. Noah? Are you here? What's going on with these orders? Sounds like you may need to get back to a hands on approach until it's resolved.

USPS tracking is a joke. Most facilities never scan the packages, so there's no tracking data for sites like InnoVapor to use.

That was my experience with my last order. On USPS tracking it said something like received by the Sorting facility in Idaho on one day and I received the package the next day in Ohio. Nothing about 'left facility', 'enroute', 'points enroute', etc. like UPS does. I figured it was received at the Idaho post office about 5 days prior to the listing on tracking. But other than the 'notification notice' at the time of the order, that is all the data that was given.

Indiana here, ordered 7/9, #450 & 463, no product and no response to two emails sent from the IV site. Can't help but wonder why my correspondence has been ignored. I've called twice and was told it would be shipped that day both times and it clearly was not. It's really hard keeping the faith at this point (esp. when later orders are getting theirs). Would much prefer getting my 510 over a refund, but looks like I get neither.
