im not worried about getting my order, i have already spoken with innovapor and they are extremly friendly. I have a hard time listening to anything you say "dontbuyblu" as you seem to have a personal fight with any company that has a hiccup. Now, can anyone explain to me how to get my order number? or any sort of info about my order? Thanks!!!

I would like to make a post here to show my gratitude to the guys('n gals) running InnoVapor. There are sooooooo many options of places to purchase from but the one thing that caught my eye is the level of communication here. It seems that other companies just view you as a number and could really care less about making you happy. Everything I've seen out of you guys makes me believe that you will bend over backwards to make sure whoever decides to purchase from you leaves with a smile.

We are DEFINITELY shipping. We are going to ship, however if we have to go down to the USPS and manual generate labels it is just very time consuming. I am working on setting up an account with endicia and it should be up tomorrow morning (they are another USPS affiliated label generating program). We are working on this every way possible, we have 4 people cranking away at this right now on a Sunday night. We want to be shipping.



Express Overnight is the USPS Express "Overnight" service but if you read their fine print it is technically a 2 day service. Most the time it is truly overnight. But the USPS likes to give themselves some wiggle room. Not our call, only true overnight guaranteed delivery service we offer is Fed-Ex. But express is overnight in many situations, but can just as often be 2 day.



Orders are being sent out. As Tony said we are a little slowed down due to an enormous failure rate in some items. So taking the time to make sure your PCC works, or you battery isn't bad charger is not junk etc. is time consuming. Plus Tony and Mark handfill all the carts, mod all the cases etc. etc. They really put in long hours but the goal is just to get out the best, most functional products available. They are going to be bringing on a third set of hands to help them out (and we should all hope that guy knows what he is in for trying to keep up with Mark and Tony). We are doing the best we can, and we will get better.

I had t make some major adjustments to our ordering. I was just not satisfied with the failure rate and burn out of the atomizers, so we have 1,500 new and enhanced 510 atomizers landing on wenesday. These burn 30,000 times (5 second burn) compared to the current 10,000 burn. So 3X the atomizer.

We want to be able to get 510 batteries into your hands for less then $10 a peice add new products like pass throughs and more reliable PCC. We are working on it. Stay tuned..

I know it's taking longer than you expected and you probably don't want to hear excuses so I won't blabber on about why it's taking longer than it should. I was curious about that as well but quickly resigned myself to quit trying to keep up with the myriad of "whys and wherefores" in this debacle. (might be a couple of words in there a few of you can Google yourself)

Did just receive an e-mail saying that all orders #1-550 have shipped, are shipping or will have been shipped in the next 24 hours. I am seeing a shimmer of light at the end of the tunnel...

I don't want to sound like an ... (sorry if I am, it's called 3hrs of sleep last night, I'm trying to control myself. LOL!). I am just curious more than anything, especially since I also ordered the premium. I did send an email to the gmail account so we'll see what comes of it.

The PCC catastrophe was pretty time consuming. And our website guy was on vacation for two weeks so that is why we were not able to change the inventory status on the website. We have both of those figured out now and should be back on schedule within the week and back to the twenty four hour shipping times. We appreciate your patience.

Not sure if you put much stock in the above quote, Trombone--but that's what they were saying as of yesterday.

I was told 3 times now that my order was shipped out!
Left me with lots of false hope...
Still waiting to get it. Ordered on the 5th and it's now the 15th.
All I can say is that I don't understand and I am less than happy about the situation.

I hear ya, though--I spent my 2 weeks' budget for analogs on this order in hopes to stop (or significantly slow down) smoking, save a few bucks (if I do it right) and, since I haven't gotten my order for (nearly) 2 weeks, still buying those packs of analogs. This, and the day after my order on the 6th, I get laid off work. Now I'm smoking almost double since I'm sitting at home most of the day when I could be vaping all day! Never tried vaping, anxious to give it a go and hopeful it'll curb my analog habit. I have other gear (from 3 separate suppliers) that I ordered and have received since my order with IV but still missing the crucial link to put it all together (510). The wait for my order has been excruciating, I assure you. I've been scheming for almost a week now of a way to rig something to vape the juice I've got sitting in the fridge.

I was excited to see this too. Unfortunately, I am order # 557 and I ordered a kit that included a PCC. Double whammy for me.

I'm just glad that they are catching up, and hopefully getting out higher orders soon.

Topher- Ive been having problems all day about the posts not showing up. Anyways- I got the same e-mail about orders up to #550 being shipped or in the next 24 hours- hopefully it wont be much longer....

I did call the number that was posted on another thread and talked to someone- she was somewhat helpful, and friendly atleast. I have an interesting post saved from another forum- i will post it and pose the question when I get my stuff. I don't want to jinx anything.
