Sorry guys, looks like I got the last PCC in order #197 on the 2nd. :evil:

(I doubt that's true, but my order was pretty smooth)

We DEFINITELY don't wanna hear about it, Twinkie. :cool:

(glad you got your order placed before the weekend--why, oh WHY couldn't I have done the same?) :cry:


Also, I just thought of something and this goes out to anybody considering becoming a supplier: Do NOT assign sequential order numbers (especially starting with "1" and ascending). If you happened to have a situation like IV is going through now and all of our order numbers were somewhat random or, say, 15 alphanumerics long, then we couldn't do quite so much comparing and complaining about "Hey, I was here first!". Again, just a thought. :D

While I appreciate the emails that my order has been or will be shipped soon, I am NOT confident at this point. Actions speak louder than words and I still don't have a USPS confirmation. Supplies I have ordered from others a week later have already been delivered.

I will be placeing an order with another supplier tomorrow. Live and learn.

I got the email too, and yes it's true!

I checked my shipping confirmation, and yeah my order #306 is on it's way! It had been waiting since the 10th. I ordered on the 6th. This is my second order from InnoVapor, and definitely not my last.

I hope things are gonna be running a bit smoother for these guys. They really are great to deal with.

The funniest thing though is someone coming in here and kicking IV while they're down, suggesting another supplier, and then that supplier posts they are out of stock! Yeah that was priceless. Left a bad taste, and I won't be ordering from them. I think it was kinda crappy, and that's just my opinion.

Anyway, seems like things are getting better, and hope everyone gets their stuff and is as happy as I am with InnoVapor's products.

I too ordered on the 6th (#334) and was told today it wouldn't be shipping until Friday. It appears they are not going in order (well not in any order I am familiar with). So looking at sometime next week before it gets here. Hope to get the new atomizer and a working PCC. Looking forward to the PCC and ECOPure, PG really affects me (mainly throat and cough, almost lose my voice after about 10 minutes of vaping).

Thank you Tropical Bob for turning me onto snus, at least I get a non-analog nic fix while I am waiting for this order :D

Despite all this, my view of InnoVapor is even better now based on the way they have handled the whole situation, great job guys! And Thank you!

I personally want to thank those customers that had been so patient and understanding through the week of craziness that we have had. We really are turning out orders as fast as humanly possible. I love all my customers so very much that have hung in there with us.

Right now we have 1000 atomizers in the air coming to us, and they are the new atomizers, 3x the burning life span.

Also new PCC are flying in as well, half of these are SILVER which I think is really awesome.

Again I just wanted to let everyone know that if they have dealt with me during this time, that I am very grateful for the support that they showed.
It is great having all of you joining in on the PV craze and choosing us as your supplier, for being a "baby" company we are expanding everyday, and it is all thanks to YOU!

We have hired another shipping person, more sales representatives, and more product is coming every week.

That was pessimistic shipping projection, sorry, we have done better after adding another person to work under Tony in shipping. We added a third pair of hands to the shipping room. We are cranking our orders. Every order through 550 has shipped yesterday today or is going out tomorrow. The guys are working all night to get everything out the door. Intro kits going out with new atomizers and larger kits (with 4+ attys) are going out with at least 2 new style attys. The new style are visually different. Hole is changed, threads are deeper and the bridge is higher. Hopefully this design also lives up to the increased durability claimed by the manufacturer.

We learned our lesson. More people shipping. More product on hand. We also have an Endicia Shipping Account Now and it is WAY BETTER then USPS. We are now ready for whatever the good folks here at ECF may need. The only thing that has not changed is the prices. Still rock bottom with an outstanding warranty.

The new atty sounds nice. Deeper threads... will that affect battery fit with current batteries or passthroughs? I have a couple 801 attys with deeper threads and my older batteries don't seat correctly so just wondering.

Elation, sorry you caught us during this painful growth spurt. I drastically underestimated the interest we would get. My bad, and I apologize. I learned my lesson actually I learned several lessons. We are now faster, more efficient and better stocked then ever. In the long run this will only benefit the customer. This week I ordered 1,000 510s, next week I have 2,000 coming. We have also stocked up on the ECOpure, by the gallon.

More inventory, more people shipping, better shipping system, this has been a painful but valuable lesson. I wish I was smart enough to have avoided it but at least in the long run we will be better at doing this because of what we have gone through over last week and a half (feels like a year, I know!).

I havent picked up a cig since Sun (only one and I was a pack a day smoker) and have no regrets whatsoever about buying the PCC! You guys are great and I plan on getting one of the silver ones that you will be getting in. I posted a link to your website and to this forum on my Facebook and made a little video to show what an E-Cig is 'cause my friends kept asking me "WTF is that?" lol. I hope to drive some business your way, and again, thanks for everything.

I can't agree more with you in this. I placed my order on the 4th, I received the e-mail they sent but I have NOT received the e-mail from the usps. I'm not going to bash IV, in fact, I think they are being very honest and very open with us customers, but, right now I feel like I am in limbo with this order. People who ordered like 3 or 4 days after me and they have received their orders or at least their orders have been shipped, but I don't have a real warranty that mine has been.

So far A+ comes short in the customer service, one of the best customer services hands down, but, time will tell if they have what it takes to be an A+ supplier...

Anytime. Glad everything is working and you our enjoying the new kit! We have made drastic changes to handle larger volume so it should be a smoother operation from here on out. baptism by fire :D.

If you could send me you order number I can find out the tracking. Some orders that were done by hand when the USPS went down and before our Endicia came online will not get email notification. We did not have a way to enter emails and request that service with the USPS site offline. Everyone else should be getting notifications.

I...am...VAPING! :w00t: FINALLY--got my order (#310 with some 510 kits/PCC) delivered a little while ago with everything included that I'd ordered (plus some extra juice). Batteries and PCC were all charged up so it was easy as slapping on an EcoPure-filled cart (with the "Rich" flavor--which is really quite pleasing) and I was off and running (or "off and vaping", I guess I should say)! I was fairly confident that it would work "as advertised" after reading the multitude of posts that sing of its virtues but can now say, without hesitation, that (so far) this thing is GREAT! I have now been smoke-free for 45 minutes with 25 cents saved and 1 analog avoided! (Hey, gotta start somewhere, right?) :D

They may have hit a bit of a snag, but look at the deals they are offering!!! One would expect a bit of a bottle-neck. Seems they are correcting things and adapting very well. I hope that they can continue to offer great deals. And I am curious about that new 510 atomizer that I see advertised :cool:
They have such good communication, that I'm still getting emails even though I received my order some time ago.:lol::D:thumbs:

After reading quite a few reviews and seeing the excellent job you do on this site I had to order from you. I am a complete newb when it comes to e-cigs and your videos helped. Along with all the info this community provides. So keep an eye out for order 622....have a vacation coming soon =) Keep up the tremendous work!

Awesome, glad everything is working and it all starts with putting down the analog and picking up the vapor. I remember my very last smoke. I had it while tearing into a little package from the UK that I waited two weeks for (probably watched igetcha's youtube reveiw 100 times during those two-weeks)

Stick with it, I have touched a real cig in over 4 months... longest stretch I have had in 10 years.

So far the feedback has been good on the new attys but not too many have received there's yet that will change in the next couple days. One of the mods is working on a review so hopefully there is some "first glance" reviews of them soon!

We will. Honestly neither Mark or I even slept last night. He was packing orders all night and I was responding to emails and making sure we don't run out of inventory. Plus we have been working on some new products, not just rebranded or reboxed but totally new products so that should be exciting.

Wish I knew you could add more than one cupon before I ordered....guess I just got excited!!

No worries you cannot use more than 1 coupon so you did not miss out on anything. Plus if I let people stack coupons I think I would be paying people to take the product! Really I think I would owe you the kit and money!

Is there any kind of tracking info at innovapor just to know when I will receive my order? #393. (Order placed on July 8) Thanks!

Our Endicia system generates Priority postage and like the USPS.com service also lets us enter your email. So you should get email notification from the USPS some point in time aroung the "Sort through Boise Facility" phase which seems to be anywhere from 8-48+ hours after we drop the package.

[side note: The USPS has been terrrible. I shipped and EVO atty and some carts to another supplier one state away, Priority, and it took 8 days. 8 days!! One state away. I should of just delivered by mule! Unfortunatley we need to keep using them until we can come up with a UPS service that is fast and not too expensives, it is absolutely ridiulous. Another order processed through the same sort facility twice, two dats apart. We are framing that tacking update. I mean what did they do with it? Drive around for a coupleof days bring it back to the PO then resort the package and then deliver? It is driving me absolutely crazy. End of rant..]

Anyway please shoot us an email at innovapor@gmail.com so we cans update you off forum with any updates. There was no info as of right now. So it is likely sitting waiting to get "processed/sorted".
