InnoVapor Order And Shipping concerns

order #609 placed on the 16th. Just got off the phone with Mark (nice guy), he said it would go to the Boise PO tomorrow. So 4 days (didn't count Sunday) for order to be shipped. Now its up to the USPS which in my mind means either 2 days or 2 weeks...

This gives me some hope, although it would be nice to actually here from someone at Innovapor about my order status. I have order #553 and was promised by Mark it would ship no later than today (7/20). It would be nice to have some kind of confirmation though....

yes...I ordered same day but got no indication from Millie as to when it might ship, just that it did not.

Most of you know me as Millie, the girl sending you all the emails from the site. I just wanted to let all of you know that we are working through to get orders out. I understand that there are some negative feelings about our stock/inventory, and I can understand why there is frustration. I know that the website says that we have stock, what had happened was that when we did run low we were unable to change the site because our designer was out of town. That is why if you have noticed the EVO is not up on the site because we currently do not have EVO product to send out. We can now go on and change what is necessary on the site as stock, ect changes from day to day.

Those of you with EVO orders have received an email regarding this from me.

Anyways, I would like to answer your questions for you, and would be more then pleased to do so. I can be reached the fastest, and easiest through email, or phone.

I apologize to those of you who had USPS issues, we are still battling the USPS everyday with orders, ( I think the Boise office is overran by the amount that we bring in)

Tracking numbers: if you did not receive this information I can find it and send it to you. Some of these were not generated to your emails when the shipping was generated.

Again I am very sorry for the delays. I promise that we are doing everything we can to get your order to you. If there is anything that you need or I can help with please contact me.

I have an EVO order (#329) and have not recieved an email, can you post it here?

Also, why not send me the rest of my order (the items you do have) in the meantime. 1 charger is not enough for me, which is why I ordered another. And I'm also out of Ecopure, and it's definitely in my top 2 or 3 flavors.

Im tired of calling and sending emails for a tracking number. I ordered somewhere else YESTERDAY and tracking says tomorrow. If anyone from innovapor cares plz pm or email me a tracking number for order #622 please.

Accoring to them my order 617 did not ship yet as of yesterday so i would imagine you are probably in the same boat as me.

i am in the same boat as well and im order #608 and i changed from the EVO to the 510 and still no word about anything! we all just want our product and we dont want to have substitute for a lesser product. please get on it innovapor!:(

I am order#401. ordered on july 8 .i was told by someone i would receive my order on wed last week .i didnt. then i offered to pay for next day air and someone emailed me saying they can do it for an extra 19 dollars.i agreed .she said (i think it was millie) she would send me a paypal link for the 19 bux .when i awoke i checked my email only to find out she took the liberty of not honoring my request trying to "save me money".said it shipped priority on thurs. then i get an email from mark on monday saying my package wasnt shipped til saturday.then i tried the tracking number he sent in the email and it finally showed processing in boise at 1:55 am THIS MORNING!!!!!!!...WTF?

they should give everyone who is getting jerked around a 25% refund for all the bs and call it e-coupons ! If some sort of compensation for the stress of dealing with all this crap doesnt manifest i will be forced to find a more customer conscious supplier....wow ...get it together inno!

i am looking at dietsmokes.com right now but for what i am paying at innovapor i wont get the same! i would so much rather have my 510 form inno but at least i would get a 510 from dietsmokes a hell of alot faster! i hate to do that but its getting to that point if all of us dont hear something concrete fro innovapor! again... i wish they would get their stuff out!:mad:

from looking at dietsmokes a 510 kit w 2 atty's, 2 batts, 5 carts, 5 empty carts, 2 bottles of juice and NO Cool Pelican Case with 9 bucks shipping will be 91 bucks! doesnt seem comprable but like i say it may be getting to that point!:(

Order 454 has made it to its proper home!!! :shock: Woooo HOoooo!!! It also had a few extra travelin partners with it, 2 extra bottles of ECOpure, one is Rich High and one is Reg high (I originally ordered the pure unflavored one..got my 3 of those as well of course) and a mini usb charger. I also gotta say, I ordered the blue pcc and it looks very sharp. You guys may not like the color as its has a metallic almost purplish color to it. but hey, I like it:wub: The Innovaper sticker on it is kinda shoty though...but hey I can take it off easily enough:thumbs: I gotta say, yes its been a pain in the ..., I ordered on 7/9/2009, but I am soooo pleased with my order and all that I got for the price!
