Insomnia - please help!

Sorry, fell asleep for a few hours back again though. Lol. Your suggestions and links are wonderful. I will check out the links in a few minutes. Okay , so, based on all, your wonderful suggestions, this is going to be my plan. I am going to reduce my nicotine to a zero around 6 PM and see how that goes. I am also going to try to take melatonin a few hours before bed. Also, once my current juices is done, I will reduce my nicotine to a 10 during the day. Thank you again for all of your help and suggestions, it is greatly appreciated. Happy sleeping!
