Hi Guys,
Recently, my Provari has been misfiring. Sometimes it will not fire, so I'll set it down and a few minutes later i pick it up and it fires. I doubt its the atomizer connection because I if don't remove it, it will usually fire after waiting for some reason. this is from a cold, unused state. also, it happens with various atomizers (RBAs) that are known working atomizers.
if i go into the AO function, sometimes it will show OP when the atty is firmly screwed in (not too loose, not too tight). and this is not with questionable attys with a possible short or popped coil or anything.
i think it might be the pos pin of the mod. its fairly dirty looking. its actually been like that for a while and it has never caused a problem, so im not really sure if thats it. FTR, no amount of cleaning (that ive done so far) will get the grime off. ive scrubbed it many times with 91% isopropyl alcohol. do you guys think this could be my problem? if so, how the heck can i clean it? is steel wool recommended/effective?
