Yeah regular 14500 aw or the imrs will work great in this mod. Crappy fires will work, but aw is quality.

Now on to business. I received my Army tank today, and wanted to give some first impressions, and then I will do a follow up after a while of using it.

I'm not a great reviewer so I will make a list of pros and cons and elaborate as needed.

Pros:

Size- This thing fits perfectly in your hand. I love it. I thought it would be bigger, but it is the perfect size.

Quality- So I have been ripped off by promises of quality for a while. This is not one of those times. Everything is immaculate. The wiring is laid out great, and the bottle is built for no leaking. The sanding finish looks great, almost gives it a dark wood look. I will have to post some close up pics because it is almost unbelievably beautiful. And a plus for me is that the hole for the bottle to push the juice through is a perfect oval. It seems like a small thing, but a lot of other people that I have bought bottom feeders from butcher that hole, and it always bugged me.

Features- Simple but everything is laid out very well. The switch is in the perfect location (it just feels right to press it) and the voltage adjuster is easy to work with. There is even a on/off switch in the battery compartment for when you put it in your pocket. The feed system is very efficiant, I flooded the atty the first couple times because I wasn't expecting it to work so well. When I got the hang of it, it works great.

Seller Helpfulness- jmarkus worked with me. I really appretiate that. He had it ready for me, and I didn't have all the money together. Instead of selling it, (like a lot of people would) he held onto it and waited. This meant a lot to me. He responded to pm's promptly and was very polite. He packaged the mod so that it was protected, which is no-brainer that a lot of people seem to blank out on. Thanks so much man.

Cons-

Not a lot for this list. The only thing I can think of is I wish it had come with a extra bottle. Not a very big deal at all but it would have been nice.

Conclusion- This is the mod I will be using all the time. Its literally perfect. A metal one will be nice when they come out, but I would still hold onto this one. It feels like it was made with love. I'm not even kidding. Such attention to detail, I couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor and get this thing if you've been on the edge of deciding. Its 100% worth it.

Ok so just a quick follow up. No leaking. Not even a bit. Its a great system. I've vaped about 7ml's out of this and it just keeps going. I had to change the batteries at around 5 and a half hours, but I've been chain vaping like non other at high voltage so it didn't surprise me. The catch cup works very well for getting use to the feed system, instead of making a mess all over my unit. I think this is the one. I will do a update in a week or so with photos, but I don't expect any surprises. Should be smooth sailing from here on out.

hey folks, a little news about pricing and spec changes.

i finally went through my final batch of linear regulators and will no longer be purchasing those. i've been testing out the new version of the tank with a much more efficient switching regulator for the last 3-4 weeks. there's absolutely no heat off the new chip and a rough estimate of about 30-40% more battery life. adjustable voltage output on the new chip is 3.5v~6.0v's. im still waiting on some feedback from a friend about dual coils and other finer details.

price for the new SGT VV II is $100 even
optional volt meter $15
first class shipping with delivery confirmation and tracking CONUS $3
buyer pays paypal fees

thanks so much for everyone that supported SGT VV I! II is a nice little upgrade and III will be the metal version. i should have some cad renderings shortly of III as i've gotten some requests to see the progress.

all orders i received before this post are still under the old specs and pricing.

ten-hut!

Mine just got here. Upon opening the package I see a thing of beauty, very well built. I already had a carto filled with my favorite juice so just screwed it on to give it a whirl. And it was amazing, totally different flavor than what I was used to. Attached my volt meter and it was set at 3.7v so I turned it up to 5v, the carto didn't like that lol taste wasn't that pleasing. Think I will give an atty a try, never liked them since I started vaping, but with the bottom feed I need to give them a go. I will update as I spend some time with my new Tank.

Glad you finally got it! I still love mine! I've quit even window shopping cause I can't imagine getting anything that I think I would like better. I like to drip when I'm sitting here at my computer and this thing does dripping great! Its pretty much impossible to flood it (unless you just pour it in) and the flavor and vapor is great!

I'm a bit disappointed in my battery life, but I'm using ultrafires and they've been charged quite a few times so that is to be expected. They'll do for now.

As for attys, you might want to start at a lower voltage and work your way up. You don't want to pop an atty right off the bat.

For those of you on the fence about buying one of these... if you want something that does everything and does it really well.. it's well worth the price!
