Could you keep the head-cap recessed whatever the outcome of this debate It collects any excess liquid which is annoying on a mod that has a flush head-cap.

Pretty much what I'm sayin'. I can see how Raven would take note of the change though. If it's just playful ribbing for ending up at a similar conclusion to the head-cap then that's fine, but like you said, you wouldn't fault a flashlight company for having the same # of led's or the like. You can find 100 almost identical flashlights on the web... Now if it were something more mechanical that was copied, different story I'd say.

Do you have any close up shots so they can be compared? I would like to think that the Mako's headcap is totally different from the Chuck's Headcap...

Oh we can see from this picture the chuck uses copper plumbing pipe, brass end caps and a switch all suspiciously similar to the Hydrant and blowpipe mods I posted back in April in the modders forum:

The end cap will definitely be recessed as I know what a PIA it is when you start getting liquid running all over the body when driving etc... oh and the atomiser connection is completely sealed from the batteries to avoid any liquid getting into the main body....

Playful ribbing or blatent hijack marketing, it's amazing how convicted this guy is considering he hasn't even seen the head cap with his own eyes.... TBH I hadn't really given the Chuck a proper look in until he started posting here so I guess he's succeeded to some extent....

As it happens, due to a technical issue with one of the atomiser fittings not quite fitting right, we've had to change the size of the head cap very slightly anyway, so the finished head cap will actually end up looking very slightly different. I'll post some more pictures when I have the first few finished.

I will send you all three sizes but will only be able to send you batteries/charger for the midi option as we are still awaiting stock of the new batteries. We should have the new batteries for the minno/maksi options available for purchase at the end of next week though.

Ah True - I really appreciate your patience in this - I hope that next week we will ship your Mako so hopefully not too long now!

Anyway, are you serious about your work giving you a warning? Tell them to give me a call..... in many cultures a beard is a sign of experience, wisdom and commands respect.... okay so maybe Alex is the exception to that rule!
