My loaded Strata weighs 68 grams or about 2.3 oz.

[Ferret] Kits weigh only 8 to 10 grams at birth (28 grams = 1 oz), and will fit into a teaspoon, but they triple their weight in 10 days if their mother has a plentiful milk supply.

(cit. Development of Ferret Kits from Birth to Sexual Maturity)

So I'm estimating a loaded Strata equals a three week old ferret.

Which brings me forward to my next question, Will a Ferret Kit fit in the Strata? What is the preferred set up? I am thinking along the .30 1/16 micro coil. Am I close?
Thank you in advance.

I don't think there is a preferred setup, or can be at this point. I think if someone were to say .30 1/16 microcoil they'd be severely limiting themselves.

And honestly, my preferred setup at this moment is my 1.5 ohm sloppy freehand Ready Wire on 3mm silica. It's fantastic.

Thanks S. This will help.
Although, My buddy Snork...I was talking about the Ferret set up. I suck.

I am still not clear what is on it's way from ST. I am hoping both the Strata and Ti. If just one, I will just stare at it until the other shows :)

Hey Nach, have you tried an octocoil cloud chaser build yet? I bet you could even do a dodecacoil. :)

No, I'm actually thinking a very special single coil build. One that'll take maximum benefit of the 360 degree airflow. I'm meeting with the fella (whom I believe created this coil) tomorrow evening. So I should have some more details by Saturday.

It is not I with whom Nach meets.

Well fan my turban, I thought it was called the "Snork Wrap".
