Oh btw shout out to Gary thanks for doing the tests.

Which btw bring me to my next point:

Based on his results, it's probably important to bear in mind how the chip is programmed to display.

Similar to the MVP and various Chinese chips, the display will show the user specified wattage, and well as the required voltage output. However, the actual output will differ from the display when the specs of the chips are exceeded.

That'll be an important thing to bear in mind, just in case folks who are not used to higher wattage start asking about burnt wicks and overly warm vapes. Yup!

In an interesting news, Innokin released an announcement for a collaboration with Evolv to produce the SVD 2.0. Comes with a authentic DNA Experience chip that apparently has voltage step down :O

Not that interesting.

It's a DNA20 that can buck. They're only 9 months late to the game. It appears as if Evolv has chosen to go the "mass market" route with their chips (not a bad business move) rather than continue on in the advanced users game of higher and higher wattage.

There isn't anything special about the SVD 2.0 as someone who's always looking for the next best thing (it's pretty lackluster, actually), but I'd bet this will sell incredibly well to new users.
