I ordered a black one march 19 from MVS and they sent me silver without even contacting me and asking if i wanted to switch[emoji107] i kept it just because i actually really like it but would much rather have the black one.
I actually love temp control as i have never been a big cloud chaser or like a real warm vape i just love the amazing and consistent flavor i get from them, now that being said i still have my smpl loaded up by my side if i feel like having a new flavor tasting session.
that email about the black ipv4 was a mistake in their system,don't get too excited lol
Its all good I have a SX Mini M Class and a VaporFlask both with temperature control so I'm in no rush just thought it would finally ship. And the wait continues.

i got the same email. changed from processing to order status still not getting my hopes up. ordered it in febLooks like VapeNW finally got the Black IPV4 in stock.

My saga with the ipv4 has reached a conclusion. Started with the GearBest Ordered on 04/24 cancelled the order on 05/10 and went with Wake and Vape they were a pre-order at the time they shipped Wednesday and I got it 05/14 so I feel for all of you guys that got in on this thing 4 or so months ago and are still waiting. Seems to be a botched pre-order imo.

Were you using the pull strap? I found that with the ipv3 using the pull strap was damaging the wraps at the negative side of the batts, so I stopped using the strap and took them out a bit more gently. I have done the same with the ipv4 for that same reason.
This. The first time I removed my batteries I used the strap and it pulled the wrappers a bit. Not enough to be unusable but still it irked me. I didn't use the strap the second time and no issues. Kinda stupid to have the strap when using it will damage the wrappers of your batteries.
Yes, I push the battery against the spring side to install and remove batteries...the strap will put stress on the wrapper since the spring tension is pretty high...
The latest i heard was the manufacturer was holding up shipments due to errors in the instruction manual. Like they havent had 4+ months already to fix that? I did notice one though.... Pressing the up & down arrow for 5 seconds to display lock? My unit does not do that. Maybe that was before the TC software update?
Anyway.... Im sure dealers around the world are pulling their hair out with this one. Sounds like such horrible service by Pioneer4You and delays since March. Also lloks like they selectively pick and choose who to send them out to.
Why i choose to not shop around to save a dollar or two -- especially on a new item. Have found a very good 2 or 3 vendors for my addiction (who update their sites regularly and always respond back almost instantaneously) and the piece of mind and great service they offer is well worth the extra couple of dollars.

IPV4S? Where was that listed? I haven't heard of any revisions or new versions myself.

Yes, sorry for the confusion. Is the SX330 V4S the latest? Or, does anyone have any thoughts on the IPV4.

330V4S and 350J are their two newest chips with temp control. V4S in the just released IPV4, and 350J in the M-Class that came out a little over a month ago.
If you're looking for specific differences in their chips, they have the specs on the YiHi site.
