HELLO???? SSV2? Frank? Anyone?

I've sent two high-priority e-mails to the support@cigeasy site in the past 48 hours about a new non-functioning Elegant, neither of which have been acknowledged or even (evidently) read.

(I just got it, it won't work, and I don't want to get caught up in some "Catch-22" over the warranty expiring because CigEasy doesn't get back to me for weeks).

Is anyone at CS there? I sure hope Frank isn't back in the hospital . . .:(

Are you RR? If so, I did recieve an e-mail time stamped at around 5:30pm MPT. Which would be 8:30PM EST-my location on East coast.

Due to the high volume of e-mails received daily to support@cigeasy many are automatically directed to Tech/Cust support at ssv2@cigeasy.com and answered in the order that they are received with an average turn around time of 48hrs or sooner.

Since customer support has been upgraded most recently. I am now personally able to get back to people much faster.

I apologize for any inconvience. I understand as a customer what it is like to have an issue with any given product and having to go through the process of sending an e-mail to vendor then waiting for a response. It can feel like its taking forever!

I will try to do my best at resolving any issue you are currently experiencing with your new purchase. If you are the RR with the elegant problem let me know and I will be able to respond to your e-mail this evening.

I am on East coast time and I often have to work late to get all e-mails answered in a appropiate time period.
I do make every effort to ensure all e-mails are answered that come in both from Cig Easy website and our additional support line at
ssv2@cigeasy.com

Also, Thanks for asking about Frank. He is doing much better and on his way to making a full recovery!:)
