Besides, with all those laws and regulations, this forum might become a very useful resource for many vapers--old and new--all over again. :D

Yeah, in a few years we're all going to be learning and teaching modding together... lol

All over again.

I was really bad at modding. Tried a syringe mod once--it wasn't pretty. But I still have a bag with syringes, o-rings and an exacto knife somewhere. Not to mention Lipton tea bags, blue foam, and tiny little straws from Starbucks. ;)

I have been around here for ..a little bit :)

Yeah things have certainly changed.

I am a tootle puffer and darn proud of it it. I guess THAT has not changed over what will soon be 11 years on ECF and about 12 years vaping :):):):):):):)

Heck, I remember when we were stuffing blue foam in our cart to get them to wick, cutting this, trimming that, adding a o'ring here and there..just to get the darn thing to work HALF decent.

Now, it just works. For me anyway.

When the pro tank came on the scene, I settled in and stopped chasing the next best thing.

Therefore, now, I just lurk because I doubt very seriously anybody vapes the tank etc that I do cause it's a oldy but goody so there is not much for me to chat about ;)

So yeah, I just lurk around now.... Until a thread like this comes about.

    Thanks so much.

    Congrats to you as well.

Does not seem like it has been 12 years. Times cruises by that is for sure. You will hit that 12 year mark before you know it. Just keep on keepin on.

pedaling against the wind is akin to climbing a hill with no soul...I took up cycling about 2-1/2 years ago after a 35 year hiatus...it has been a wonderful endeavor...I am lucky in having over a hundred miles of greenway just a short distance drive from my doorstep, as the roadways around me are a deathtrap for cycling. In the real world, if riding geared bike, headwinds just mean slower forward progress, it's all about time and cadence. Everyone has their own natural cadence, and when you find it. it is just like breathing. you don't even think about it. you just do it...

It's like you read my mind word for word.

    Wow congrats @TravelinGirl

I'm feeling as a child right now. 1,5 years vaping, only. My first puff was on January 9, 2019. Didn't stop anymore.

    Thanks vimagreg.

Just keep on doing what you are doing.

Time cruises by quickly. It seems like yesterday for me. Hard to believe it has been this long.

Every year it seems, I pull out my old vaping gear and think about where it all started.

The struggles in the beginning to find ANYTHING that would simply work were a, well..real struggle.

When Kanger came out with the Pro tank, for me, that was the game changer because I liked a cooler vape. Bottom coil was what I had been searching for.

For many others, the Vivi Nova was their game changer because it was a top coil and gave a hotter vape.

Seems like, once the vivi nova and pro tank came along, vaping was more enjoyable because you did not have to FIX it to make it work. Out of the box, you filler up and vape.

Before that, man a live.... NOTHING just simply worked.

Pro tank changed things for me and then the aero tank came out and I settled in.. I needed to look no further.

Pro tank came out in, I believe, 2013?? aero tank was maybe a year later. So I had 3 or 4 years there that were tough but SOOOO glad I stuck it out and did not give up.

You will be where I am before you know it.
