My first answer is no. It is not. I did it successfully, and when I quit smoking I only had one day of "I need a cigarette now!" After I got through that day, it was pretty much smooth sailing. I had a few bumps, of course, but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as when I quit cold turkey.
I'm just wondering what to say to people when they see me vaping and they tell me that I'm still addicted to smoking because I'm mimicking the action of smoking. I tell them that the thought of a cigarettes makes me sick to my stomach, that I can't stand the smell of them anymore, etc. They still hold true to their belief that as long as I'm putting something to my lips and puffing on it, I'll eventually return to cigarettes.
These people just don't get it!
What would you, or what do you say to these types of folks?
