Rare definitely and hot also..

He can just be riding in normal traffic condition, stop at a traffic light and bike hits 100c in 10sec..He practically dont have to warm up in the morning..

Read somewhere that only 90% and above IPA should be used. Dunno why.
Also, the one you are using is 70% and cost ard $3+ a bottle rite? Dunno whether can use those selling at Ah Lau hardware shop...those big beer bottle selling ard 2+
