The only difference between sub ohm vaping and above ohm vaping is consumption levels. The lower consumption of the above ohm vaper, is why there is a need for a higher nicotine level compared to the sub ohm vaper. (Generally speaking)

When you burn through 1-2 ml in a few puffs you will get a rush of nicotine in your system. You need a much higher nicotine level for that same rush when your above ohm low wattage vaping be cause your lacking the overall consumption.
Yup, I agree.... if one vapes 1ml of juice above ohm compared to someone vaping 1ml sub ohm, the nic delivery is the same, it's just delivered a bit faster to the one finishing first. And who finishes first? Well it depends, if someone is sub ohming and is doing mtl inhales compared to someone doing above ohming but doing dl, then perhaps the latter is finishes first. Or if someone is vaping above ohm at 30 watts compared to someone sub ohming at 20 watts, here again the above ohm might finishe first. So there, sub ohm really doesn't mean more nic delivery. Wait, now I'm confused

Hahaha.. my personal experience with sub ohm vaping has been I definitely consumed more juice much much faster. And as a result, got a nic rush. But my normal vaping is at 11 or so watts... with sub ohm vaping though, I could vape a whole (normal) days worth (in quantity) of e juice in 30 minutes or less..

Oh no doubt that most sub ohm vaping does burn thru much more juice because of the lower nic, the way it's inhaled, and the usual higher power.

Truthfully, the only part I do miss is when after 4 hours at work going outside at -20° c for a break and having that light headed feeling of inhaling cig and cold air, that being said I do vape in the bathroom - our bathrooms are like a half bath in a house not stalls, I don't blow clouds so no one notices, I vape just enough to scratch that "itch". My SO smokes heavily in the house, in the vehicle, however, since he is a long haul trucker Canada USA he has taken to liking menthol crush which do not smell as bad as the Canadian cigs. The morning one for me is hardest and sometimes I cave, but rarely.
Vape on everyone and have a great day....

I just spent 90 minutes struggling to install an in room air conditioner because you can't have an AC stick out the window on that side of the building. The battery for my drill was dead and I needed a hacksaw which I didn't have. It's not pretty, but it's in. This is the time I really need a smoke to handle that frustration. A vape just isn't the same.

Smoking did have a calming effect, but it also seemed to keep me motivated. This was the amphetamine effect I was talking about. Not a surge or speed effect, but a motivator. It's a well-known fact that cigarette smoking increases metabolism. This cannot be due to nicotine alone, as vaping even the strongest mg liquid does not have the same effect. The sustained increased metabolism effect of cigarettes must be due to additional chemical additives.

That's the classic coffee and cigarette diet. Works great keeping you awake. But the same combusted smoke can also calm you. That's part of tobaccos appeal. Not many things that can accomplish two endpoints like that. I am inclined to believe the calming part is from habit, as you sort of create a stop the activity. Then again there are folks who will hold a cigarette in their mouth while working with both hands. I could never hang from my lips. Other than at inhale it was always between my fingers.
