I've been off smokes now for close on 4 days. Well ever since my Joye 510 arrived.

My smoking pattern was like all smokers, have a cig, feel fulfilled then when a craving kicks in, light another one.

My vaping so far tends to be non stop.

I was wondering is this normal? I'm new to vaping, so I guess I would like some first hand stories from you guys. Do you tend to vape the same amount you smoked? Did you initally vape a lot then cut back?

thanks

I started off vaping a little lighter and the more i enjoyed it (better flavors, devices) the more I would vape. I gradually lower my nic levels (started 24, went to 18, then 16, then 12, now im trying out a batch of 8mg bluejuice) to make up for the non stop vaping. I might continue even after 0mg because I enjoy it.

I smoked 3 packs of Kool per day, and my first PV was a "super mini", and I nearly sucked the bottoms out of those poor little batteries. I just kept trying different things until I finally found the combination that allowed me to put it down for a few minutes. That combination is different for everyone, but for me it was 36 mg TV Butter Rum juice direct-dripped into a 510 atty on a 6V mod. Instant relief!

Normal? god yes, especially during the first few months. Required? nah, but after a while it can be that you don't so much need it as enjoy it. ^_^

Personally I still pick up my ecig at least every 30 minutes to take a few puffs.

As it was said, vape as needed. A headache will warn you if you've had more than enough. I seriously doubt that someone would be able to vape so much liquid that they'd actually overdose. The time it would take to vape that much would make it impossible.

Im a constant - or almost constant certainly in front of the PC Im non stop lol. If Im out its way way less though. That's also how I used to smoke.
Its normal, not required. vape the way YOU want to vape - if its good for you then its good, right? I dont worry about how other people vape or for how long - the same way I never bothered about other people's smoking habits.
