I thought TPD doesn't allow 4 ml tanks? The 2 ml versions are made especially to comply with TPD regulations.
Moi non plus. Maybe you can own/import for personal use it but it can't be sold locally? Honestly, I'm not an expert on EU regulations. So sorry... But I see that some items on FT are described as TPD compliant. Whatever that means legally and practically?

I’m curious for those in the EU how FT labels their packages. To the US it will be labeled something nonspecific like filter or the occasional Bluetooth speakers (I seem to have lots of”those”). If it comes in that way customs might not notice the volume of what you order.

i gotta a german to read up quick on the matter. not certain as such but apparently
they're watching stuff coming from china closely. they have to have descriptions in the language of the target country. detailed and with specifications.
the purpose seems to be that non-TPD is not on the market. So not sure if this applies to private importation... but i'm just confused since Zlide 4ml is available in France. THe nunchaku2 kit is always 5ml i believe, and that version is available here... Is there rule only for the shops or do some shops have a license to do something diff when the device is simply so or were these brought in before the rule..? no ideas.

UK limits tanks to 2ml. It is a UK thing not a TPD thing, although it came into force at the same time as TPD.

Maybe you got your reply already but some stuff is authentic, some stuff is "styled" FT has forums where users can discuss the best clones on offer (often there are several makers.)
Also what I have heard so far is most stuff is getting through. I have also heard of a 100 dollar limit you may want to stay under but this is somewhat anecdotal. Etc.

well there are usually sums after which you're taxed.. iether because it isn't worth it for the powers or you're stepping into commercial importer territory. funnuly the german page says 150 in german, but 700 in the english version.. no worries well ov er a hundred..

The overhang happens when your topper is wider in diameter than your mod. Simple math. DId you do the math? I don't know the specs for your mod but I'm pretty sure it's at least 24mm on top.

Again, if it's listed as authentic, it's authentic. 
so i emailed them abt having entered a wrong email address and coincidentally asked abt their experience shipping to Europe (impressively quick and succinct respone:
'I wonder if you've had experiences before with regard to E-cigarette tanks above 2ml. Were they rejected by German customs before? I know I am responsible for checking the policies, but I have not found anything regarding private customers.'
'Usually we will describe it as filter if our customer do not have any special request. I will check what's write on the package tomorrow, once checked,I will let you know. Because our warehouse colleagues are off duty now.'

not sure where my german reader got the part about watching stuff from china. but i am figuring the 'it should have detailed a description and instructions in German' comes from the rules.
asked a friend today who gets stuff often enough here, said he got stuff often, mostly from amzn though, like pieces for his bicycle and always arrived straiht to his place. But when he a got a bunch of books weighing over 10kg from a friend he was called to customs and asked for a couple hundred euros; he replied that he was a student, they were educational stuff, used and from a friend, so they shut up and he took his stuff.
what's my argument for circumventing local business and breaking the (written, if not applied on everything) regulation on size? [rhetoricalicalisch question]
i can't compute the rule anyway. half of this thread and much of my indecision had to do the difficulty of finding many 23-and-under tanks_ aren't larger tanks (i.e. the majority) larger than 2ml?
btw. update on vaper-status: with the K4 coils out, I'm finding myself sucking on the poor Minifit as if it there's spicy bone marrow inside (if you're uncomfortable with this lamb-munching reference feel free to replace the mental image with honey or marmalade, just remember, it is official: complex fats are cool_ sugar is immoral)... POINT: just mtl-ing don't tickle me no more.
