Maybe Gino sold Ithaka's via pms because of his broken site? I dont really know. Maybe you are the one that can inform me better because you are on Italian forum too (I hope:))

... ok, now I got it (lurking on italian forum): Ithaka has been sold "hidden" behind something different :-0
see why, even when/if I'm willing to (almost never :p ), in the end I don't buy from italian sites?

OMG: italians always have to (try to) be... cough-cough... "smarter" =:-/

I think Gino had said that he will sell Ithaka via pms because of his broken site pl. As I see this didnt change. But I am making more Ithakas as we speak. This time they will last for a long time I hope. In about 2 months they will be ready so you will be able to have yours:)

Sign into your account and then on the right hand side of the page there is an order overview area. Click that and you can see the status of your order.

Ha! Too slow. Just what Cloud Wizard said.

Completely off topic, but house mouse, your avatar... I was thinking Oh geez, how lame... wait... is that...? That's friggin' awesome!

First build and getting almost unbearable throat hit + nic headaches on dual wick dual coil @0.8 ohms. Opening aircontrol fully lessens TH a bit. Basic feeding centered on both channels with mouthpiece close and ceramic holes visible. I wonder what difference it would make if I position nut so ceramic holes would be hidden?

I ordered an Ithaka in December, right before Christmas when everyone's a little shorter on money. I had to be careful with my spending because of all the holidays. 3 months later and 2 weeks before Ithaka gets here people could buy pre-orders again and then COV started selling to anyone with $180 at VB.

If people wanted to buy one because they loved it at VB, they should've been added to the preorder mailing list and their money taken, not given one on the spot.

This wouldn't be so terrible except we weren't even given the courtesy to know what was really going on with the shipment. Days later the ONLY communication we've had from Bruce was a post on his FB page. What kind of BS is that? I feel incredibly disrespected as do many.

I've spoken to Bruce many times in person, he's the vendor at my local monthly vape meet. He never knows what's going on with any of the GG products. (I was trying to find a Penelope or info on Ody and if they'd ever be made again for months from him). I've mentioned that I've read things in the forum about availability, etc. and he says you should go and ask those guys your questions because they're going to be more informed than he is and he has no idea.

I was immediately disappointed. This isn't the kind of representation you want for GG products in the US. I for one think if COV can't get their act together, it's time for a new vendor who will keep up with what GG has going on and be able to answer customers questions/concerns. Especially when people are up in arms.

Do we really want to destroy someones business and livelihood, over a bad judgement? We all have done it. Bruce at least from what Ive experienced has done many things that were above and beyond standard customer service. How many of you have asked him for special treatment or needed something and he got it for you? Im sure Im not the only one.

Have you ever let someone in your life down? Im not saying that he did or did not do something that could have been handled better, but in the big scheme of life is this worth ruining someone over?

Todays tragedy in Boston goes to show things happen in life that are far larger to get so angry over. We will get our items and we will enjoy them. You all have valid reasons to be upset and Im not putting myself on any high horse or saying Im so "noble" but is anyone going to die if we dont get our atomizers before anyone else? Its what a few days?

He did work while at the VB, he packed and sent off packages after hours at VB. If you had a business and had the opportunity to take something with you like Ithaka to promote yourself would you not have taken it? He should have let everyone know, and maybe posted it. But Im sure we all have gotten really excited about something and forgot to do the right thing.

We are all human and with that we live in our own world and sometimes we forget to do the right thing. Lets put things in perspective and lets not let this ruin our lives and ruin someones elses life in retaliation.

In 20 minutes a week I stay more informed than he does on a product that brings him multiple thousands every release. I also constantly communicate any problems or delays I have with customers immediately.

All people want to know is that they're not forgotten. A 2 minute update would have avoided at least half of the current uproar.
