Yeah, same here. Most of my favorite juices like vanilla Custard don't do to well at anything below 1ohm. My usual setup is 1.2 or 1.3. I know they say that's "dead man's land". Why it's called that I can't say, but it's where I like it! And, most of my juices are delicate.

I couldnt agree more. GVC is not meant to be vaped under 1.0.
I also couldnt agree more with you on ohms. My consistent set ups on my Ithakas, Pennys and the rest are all set up 1.2. I prefer the taste and the vapor production. Even my NET juices are simply fantastic at 1.2ish. I am glad I am not the only wondering the land of the dead men!
I have never been a sub ohm guy on my GG's. I know Bishop swears by it but, its not me. I used to on my dual coil Doc Dave atty's with mesh but no more.

1.2 is assumed dead land because you cannot get satisfied neither on VV (some VVs might not fire) nor on mechanicals (voltage not satisfying). But this just theoretical.

Now I know, and I think if that's why it's called that, I don't agree with it. The only VV I use is a Provari (not collecting dust) and it has no issue with 1.2 or 1.3 and my mechanicals have no issues either. :vapor:

Guys a need help. Yankee imeo someone. I tried taking off the brass piece off the bottom of ithaka so I can put on Just GG using its native connection. I was told to do this. Well I couldn't unscrew it, it was really tight.

So what I did is take a screw driver to it and it spun the while post. I retighten the post all is good.

Two questions. How the hell do I get this off and I'm getting a squeaky noise when I move juice control is that normal? Thanks.

Grab the teeth (part above the oring) of the post with plyers and use a screwdriver on the brass post. That will help you remove the brass post. But, this does NOT have to be done. Native will work with brass. By removing it you only gain ~2mm. It 'can' weaken the post if you over tighten the GG assembly (JGG, TS).

The squeaky. Is it when the tank is full? Or when dry assembled. Does it feel like a grind? Hard to turn?

Awesome Yankee. Fits like a glove without taking it off. It's a brand new ithaka never any juice in it yet. It's not hard to spin just squeaks. Is that normal cause its dry? Really appreciate you help.

New and dry.

Build the wick and assemble the bottom. When you drop your juice on the coils, you can confirm its because new threads that are dry by dropping some juice around the threads. Then the mp will go quietly.

She's screaming to be used that's all. :)
