A tank is a pretty accurate description Of a atomizer with a juice reservoir to feed it. Whats in a name? Why Prius? For what ever reason people try to change the names of things we use Seems like a silly thing to get miffed about to me.
I suspect forums are the culprit for so many acronyms and thats fall out from texting.

Steeping is not a very accurate description of aging, melding, your juice but its what we do now.

And, I believe "lemo" was an attempt to improve on the "melo". (Or maybe the other way around, this stuff moves so fast it's hard to keep track!)

But, given that vape gear is made in many different countries, the names can be a bit of a mystery. With my keyboard, I can't even spel erlkonigin correctly, and svoemesto????

ETA: And apparently I can't even spell "spell" correctly.

Don't feel bad, most days I can't type 'Andria' correctly. :D I edit posts a lot that are signed by Adnria, Andia, Adria, and sometimes Ardria. :D

Prius is Latin for "to go before". It was chosen because Toyota made the Prius before higher fuel efficiency cars were mandated.

Kangertech has some of the least creative names. Protank, Aerotank, Subtank... They need to name their next product Anothertank.

USA. State: Inebriated.
Most names have some sort of reasoning behind them.

Pretty sure the Lemo's full name is the "Lemo Drop" (maybe some play on "Lemon Drop")? Perhaps it implies that the flavor is good, like that of a lemon drop? Idk. I always thought Taifun (pronounced "typhoon") kind of makes sense because water vapor and typhoons or something.. The SMPL I think is called that because it is exactly "simple".

The reasons definitely aren't always obvious, but you can tease them out if you think hard enough. The ones that make no sense are probably just Chinese creativity.

So, am I to believe that there was never a brave and heroic Captain Crunch who led his men through the high seas and on to victory? What about Count Chocula???? There was a Count Chocula. ..I'm sure of it.

Sorry to go off topic here, but every time I see your avatar I think "Hey, you stole my dog!". They even have the same collar.

Septictank? Yes, I'm serious! There are other successful products with negative sounding names. Troll is the only one that comes to mind at the moment, but I have seen others here... Be even better if it performed a useful service such as removing all flavor. "Kangertech's new Sepictank lets you recycle your garbage juice into unflavored and save big bucks!" or something like that.
