I cringe evry time I read:

"I only vape where smoking is allowed"

Well, not going to type my ususal response as I'm tired. I will say that we can't allow our actions to be dictated by uninformed people. I will NOT alter my legal behavior to make someone else feel better about their surroundings. Their uneasiness is their problem not mine.

Note to the haters: This does not include rude behavior on my part, just legal behavior.

I don't like flag burning but support the freedom to do it. I may not like some things folks have to say but support their freedom to say it. I may think open-carry enthusiasts are going to prompt more gun control when they carry a rifle onto school property, but i support their right to do it.

This makes me laugh. Everything in our country is dictated by "uniformed people". What makes vaping any different.

Does your nephew live in a bubble? Because if he's that sensitive to it, he probably should. So basically what you're saying is that no one has a right to vape in public because someone "might" be allergic. Bit of a stretch and sounds a lot like the argument that someone "might" get offended.

I agree. My son is extremely allergic to coconut in any form, but guess what, coconut and coconut oil is nearly everywhere -- he's accepted that there might be times he encounters it accidentally. The best that people like that can do is carry an epi-pen... because life happens.

My post was dripping with sarcasm. Lol. It's a very unlikely scenario. Pretty much why i've adopted the attitude that I do what I please (in a respectful way), and really dont give a hoot what anyone else thinks.

The only way to do this is one person at a time.
Which means we all have to try.

Not only can you "learn" some folks about the propaganda they have been subject to...
You can also "enlighten" them regarding what rocks are made of...

Easy. You have the right to life, liberty, and property, none of which can be denied you without DUE PROCESS.

Court is due process. You go to court, you get convicted, you get sentenced to death, that is DUE PROCESS.

Now, when you expose someone else to your potentially harmful smoke or vapor without giving them a choice in the matter, have you given them their due process before denying them their liberty? Their freedom of choice?

The key word here is "potentially". Which in court (aka Due Process) translates to "unproven allegation". Especially since you have no standing (aka Actual Harm Has Been Caused).

Despite what you may want to believe, there are substances in ecigs that some people are allergic to. You're absolutely putting their health at risk if you expose them to those substances. I've got a nephew with an extremely severe nut allergy, and any vapor containing natural nut extracts could send him to the hospital. Do you believe you have the right to do that to him? [...]
