Yes it does make my life much easier and should speed things along . Its one of the reasons I will even attempt a wood run of this size . I will be doing all the wood working while Wayne and Todd deal with the metal mods and atomizers . I love building wood mods I am ready to have at it

And we're SOOOO ready to have you at it:D

Hehe - yes, you can build something like that with a spider as a basis - but it would be quite pointless, because network timeouts will eat you alive on sale night. Good luck with coding the part when a shopping cart fails and you need to get the failed items out of it, one by one.

It's a lot more fun doing it manually, anyway. ^^

Heh, I think you were only half joking there or you are a very experienced prankster. You DO have spider.java open and unsaved in another tab =)

good catch. thanks, Chris! i must have changed something accidentally while copy/pasting.

spider is part of a real program i started months ago before realizing that i detested cracking cookies and countermeasures. i used to do this sort of thing for a living, but after 3-4 years of retirement.... meh

So, for the last week I have been having the wife and 3 kids on their laptops for an hour each night running purchasing drills for release night. Right now our combined efforts can get 10 woodvills in 3 1/2 minutes. The ultimate goal is 15 in under 3 minutes unless I get a good Christmas bonus, then I'm thinking I might have to up it to 20 woodvills..........

Rob has assured that there will be plenty but I do admire your planning. lol Quantity shouldn't be an issue but logging on the first hour or two can be crazy. You might want to drill on

Have them practice what you need to do if the Woodvil you have in your cart is no longer available. You would need to remove it from your cart and then update your cart. Then go and find another.

I have had three in my cart and try to check out. The process halts. One needs to be removed. While removing it and updating the another one says none in stock. Remove it and update.

Now what to do? Go ahead and get the one? Or go back and try to get one or two more then check out?

It is the decisions on what to do that make buying a Woodvil so much fun!

I have been through probably 6 sale nights of first released REO's and wood REO's. Every one a challenge that had my heart racing and adrenalin pumping!

This coming sale night will test the nerves of all involved!

You bring up a good point! Once they get the speed down, I will fine tune them to handle out of stocks. Maybe if I am successful and lucky, I can trade one or two of them for a stabilized mod since Rob isn't making any anytime soon......

Heck, I would probably trade two of my grands for a stabilized woodvill right now......
