consider how the goalposts move: i want one for HRH v "i want to buy them all so you all get none and i'll form allegiances to do so"

Not really in the spirit of true Reonauts is it? What about Kay with her poor broken wrist who can barely type, or Monkey who might be posted away at anytime...such a shameful display of self and greed!

Ahh, REOporn update! Thanks Rob!

When you put them on the site, please please state what kind of finish they have - important for me because of the oil smell that I couldn't stand another time. I know the really bad stink was tong oil and you are not going to use that again, but I think I want it as odorless as possible, so poly, correct?

i hear that Dennis and Gil will be the only ones able to sell to Europe if their little nefarious cartel succeeds and so the smell of the mod will be the least of your worries!

Happy Xmas!

The key is to select a hardwood mod and smell wont be a issue because it cant penetrate the wood deep enough . I dont plan to use tung oil on the inside of mods this run . Some mods will always be tung oiled . I will put a abbreviating on each mod like p for polyurethane finish L for lacquer o for oil finish . The only time this has been a issue is with softer woods . Its something I wasn't aware of until this year . I had people complain but I always thought it was just sensitive people . I had a couple mods come back to the shop and after smelling them I could see why it was a problem .

Guessing time is over for me. We're getting close enough to wait for the website picks. But I am curious of one thing; Will the Jedi Squonk Master instruct us how many are available of each kind ? As in how many Ebony, how many Oak, etc.
I haven't even tried to count them there are so many combinations it makes my head spin . Just remembering the names of all the different species of wood I used is going to be a problem

You have always used the finish that brought out the best in the various different woods. They never seem to disappoint. ;)
