Yeah, I just took your image and made it actual size, your right, its not too big. I have big hands (long, not fat), so it will probably be a nice fit.

I got a dud auto battery in today, it lights up, but no voltage to the battery side, tried multiple cartomizers, still no go, put the puromizer on an ego, and away it goes, no problem. Shot them an email this morning (yesterday technically), still waiting to hear back. I just dropped another 130$ there too, so I hope they take care of me.

RB: Incase they dont get back to you it is probably due to the massive volumes being pushed through - however, should it happen let me know and ill be happy to see if i can get a hold of them for you ;)

Now it says: "
[h=1]Janty NEO Black Puromizer (excl. mouthpiece)"[/h]Does it means, that I will get two puromizers from France without moutpiece?? When I bought, there were showed a picture with mouthpiece, and I have waited 4 days until now, only to get something I can't use
I appreciate your frustration, but you could try this (when they arrive) in the meantime -

The rubber mouthpiece from a mega dual coil cartomizer can be squeezed in, but not all the way! It works, but prefer the real thing....

Right now I'm so frustrated, so I want to return the ....., when I get it. So let's see.

Keep in there Dane!

It sucks, i can see that, and even though its not me that made the mistake of putting up the pictures then you have to realize that it was a big launch, people have been stressed and unfortunately you got the bad end of it.

But then again you also did save alot of other people from making the same mistake, so karma should reward you by the end of the week. And you can never have too much karma :)

Hey Mik, thanks for the quick response!

Can you try the following:

Try opening the silicon flap just a tiny bit and then try to smoke on it - see if that improves the experience

Yes, that actually helped a lot. With open flap I got through half a puromizer filling without any burnt taste on both devices. But I guess that's not exactly the kind of use this puromizer was designed for... :2cool:

Try removing the golden ring completely and see if that improves anything

That didn't do anything at all. To my opinion there wasn't any notable difference between opened airflow ring and no ring at all.

and lastly, try drawing harder on the auto - being too gentle can "overcook" the juice in rare cases

To my surprise that method made a difference as well. With the one puromizer that worked better from the beginning, I was able to close the silicone flap completely and by just drawing harder I got no burnt taste at all.
I expected the exact opposite though - according to my experiences with other systems (especially tank systems), the harder draws resulted in burning the liquid faster...

Downside of the harder draws: I managed to suck up a tiny amount of liquid through the mouthpiece ;)

Bottom line: I'm still not 100% convinced, but the experience improved. And I have to admit: Your RY4 Liquid tastes much better in a puromizer than it does in my LR Boge Cartos.

Thanks again for your help,
Martin

Marverel: It sounds to me like you have way too much liquid in there - but yes, on the autos its important that you dont draw too lightly, otherwise it will cook!

And getting a drop in your mouth sounds incredible, i have honestly tried everything i know and it hasnt happened. Lets hope it doesnt happen again :)

Dane: If you fold it correctly, you can. :)

Having the "opportunity" to have one of my puromizers with the same issue, I can tell you that, in that one, it is indeed possible to get juice in your mouth.
Perhaps the problems are related?

Ticket ID:3752 if you want to check up on it, still have not heard anything, ofcourse if I have to ship it back, the shipping would cost more than the battery, so it wouldn't even be worth returning at that point. Hope the 2 batts in the kit I ordered work... :/

Do you have the gold ring for your auto battery? That is the only way it works.

So I've been using my new neo on and off since Tuesday. It's a wonderful peice of kit aesthetically. The puromizers natural lines meeting with the classic eGo style battery separated with a touch of class by the gold air flow ring, this is an ecig you'll just want to look at sometimes just to appreciate the gorgeous design and lines of!

It's got such a smooth draw on it this thing. It's like savouring a cigar in someways, the quality of that design is complemented neatly with a smooth, relaxed vaping experiance.

Whilst some of the above sounds like 'buzzwords' or marketing speak, they do sum up how the neo differs to your average vaping experiance. It's all about smooth European style, it's feels oddly French or Italian maybe, it would fit wonderfully in a small cafe space with a caramel latte and some janty ry4 in your neo for company. It's all rather decadent!

However, despite the multitude of niceties here it's not quite perfect sadly, at least not for me. Like another poster here stated, the puromizers was literally soaking set with primer when I took it out of the box. There's primer in your atty and then there's an entire swimming pool of the stuff, it took the edge of a clean and elegant product a little to have to clean all this gunk off before use.

The refill hole works flawlessly as advertised but I do find it a touch fiddly. It's rather small and unless you are in great lighting conditions it's hard to really tell when your actually full of liquid or if your missing the mark and getting it all over the place.

The smooth and mild TH one gets is an nice experiance though maybe too mild for heavy Tobacoo users, it compliments a janty RY4 in terms of delicate flavours and elegance but maybe lacks the punch a hardcore smoker might look for.

One small, tiny aside, the elixir RY4 Im trying with my neo has a every so slight, chemical, liquorice aftertaste to it... I've not had that before for with elixir and it's possible it's mixed with some residue primer fluid still... It's actually not entirely unpleasant it's just not quite what I'm used to from this otherwise perfect juice.

To sum up, it's not quite gonna replace my reo mini or grand I'm afraid. You'll still need to carry a spare battery and a bottle of juice to see you through the day and it's not always easy to see when it's actually full or not on refilling. It's a pure Sunday morning or 'lazy around' device then, it dosent quite reinvent the wheel and replace the all conquering eGo then, but compliments the vaping world in a different way, offering a touch of decadence and class to proceedings. It's not essential then, but you'll be pretty please you got one all the same.

"Like all the eGos".. ? Janty eGo is a true 3.7 volt device - the copies might not be.

This device is also a true 3.7 volt device.

More important is the fact that we have developed a puromizer specifically for this device - this puromizer is essentially a combination of a cartomizer, and a clearomizer - but everything in it, has been made specifically to enhance throat hit, taste, and wicking.

The puromizer, ohmage, and battery are all perfectly aligned to bring this sensation to life - this is not just another chinese "Slap'n'sell" product - we thougth about this, tested it thoroughly, and now after a long time of developing, we are selling it.

The whole idea behind the NEO Classic is that we want to bring uncomplicated back to the e-cigarette world - this device works fantastic, and is absolutely no hassle to operate, or maintain.

I hope that clears it up! I will be making a presentation video of this device soon - working on it as we speak, where i hope to enlighten you all a bit more on easy it should be to get a hassle-free, but fantastic, vaping experience! :)

Not that anyone could doubt your word, Mik, but I'd just like to provide "independent confirmation" this. :/
Couldn't resist any longer so I took a peek at the Neo batteries output under the scope (sorry Mik, couldn't resist).

Could not detect any square wave (went back and re-checked an Ovale eGo-T battery and that one is PWM regulated, with a square wave output)

- Neo battery at about mid charge: 3,68V (flat DC)

...Took the other one fresh of the charger and...

- Neo battery fresh of the charger: 4,1V

Don't have the right setup here at this time to read loaded voltages, but that's not even relevant for this.

Thanks Mik.
