I have ordered few catridges around 5 flaovrs on march 20.. Earlier when i placed the order on feb 13, they messed with my order. i ordered kissbox and few catrdiges.
belive me they send me the durac catridges with the kissbox.
now i have kissbox penstyle but i dont have catridges for me to smoke.. Really frustrating. I also took the pains of sending the wrong dura c catridges back ( i incurred the 6 usdollars of additional shipping cost of sending the wrong catrdiges back)
Till today neither i have got the original catrdiges which i ordered on Feb 13
nor the replacement of wrong dura c catridges...

if anyone is intersted i can even send me order numbers from jantyusa.com .
hopefully this wil be last transcation with janty.. i thought of ordereing usb for kissbox with them..
i need to try dietsmokes.com instead.. jantyusa really sucks...

im not sure if any reps from jantyusa.. can look and tract to confirm my validity..
order no 1845 for kissbox -- wrong catridges sent
march 5th.. email was sent by janty promising he will replace...the wrong catridges
-- still waiting till today.. nothing received
march 18th.. A good customer promise,, returned the bad dura c catridges back..
order no 2812- March 20 - order for new catridges

this is my second order with janty and hope they wont messup.

They offer options, and then ignore the one you choose for the one they prefer.

I was offered refunds in PM's twice. I took them up on the offer two days ago, and have been checking my email for notice from Paypal that my funds had been returned. I ordered from another vendor. Today, I get a notice that my package had shipped. That would be great if I hadn't asked for a refund two days ago, and spent money elsewhere. I don't need or want this package from Janty any longer. I wanted the refund that had been offered several times.

I would say that this issue is FAR from closed.

Ok... based on what Parked said on this thread - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/dietsmokes/9230-were-open-introduction-14.html - the shipping notice I received was actually my order from dietsmokes, not JantyUSA. So while I've had nothing shipped from JantyUSA... well... I haven't had anything shipped from JantyUSA. Or a response about my refund request (after 4 days now).

We shall see what happens after the "refund Monday."

The day you receive them your warranty starts.

Sucks to be me then i guess as both my atomizers died within 3 days of using them. My replacement atomizers were supposedly shipped out on the 2nd of march but still nothing. I've sent 3 emails already and no response. Don't really visit these forums as much as i used to but i can't believe i had to come here to find out what's going on. No more janty for me.

We will catch up for sure and we will also revamp our website in April, including new software that will allow customers to check the status of their shipments in real time, we will implement software that will show available stock for products and we will install SSL software to be able to pay with Credit cards.

We will also be opening regional USA and Canada reselling internet and "live" outlets to serve better and faster. We already have started a green bikes delivery service in Cebu, Philippines :)

Mail ludo@janty.asia if you are interested in becoming a local reseller. Please only mail us if you are 100% sure about such a venture.

JANTYSTICK has been pushed back to May for the 10 random reviews on ECF before we go into production.

Hello, I have a couple questions about Janty Kissbox please.

Is this item listed on your site here:
JANTY KISSBOX KISSBOX CLASSIC USB-E CABLE
the same cable thats sold in the extended kiss box kit?

Second, does that usb listed above charge the "kiss" battery which is plugged into the pen?

Third if the usb listed above is the same as the "extended kiss box kit version" and contains a secondary, seperate battery, can you list the type of battery needed to replace please? I assume the battery is not the same as the "kiss" battery (selling for $17 US) which is plugged directly into the pen?

I heard this was the battery that goes with the Janty usb cable, but im still not sure if the extended kissbox kits usb passthough is different than the listed part.
DealExtreme: $4.32 Ultra Fire 10440 3.6V 500mAh 2Pack
It would be nice to clear that up on your website for new people because I had to dig for hours to find this information and im still not sure enough to make a quick Janty purchase.

what draws me to janty products is how you inovate , no matter how simple, you guys still do something to improve your product. While other generics don't really do anything to improve the e-cig. It's not rocket science but things like seperating the switch and battery and thinking about their design is what shows you care more than other companies about the actual product.

Well yeah....every person, every company wants to make money, but its the extra things companies do that makes them stand out.

However the price is slightly high, for the price I expect a nicer casing. Like polished semi-precious stone, electrium metal plate or wood with some kind of patter or engraving because for over 100+ I want it to look just a little bit nicer.
That's also a problem I have with the v8 Ruyan, for the price, its just not nice enough. Perhaps if it was teak wood for 170 bucks or fake ivory or something nice, its just plastic.

I assume that since I have not recevied a shipping confirmation (or a response to my emails) that I am one of the folks who will get them in early April.

If Parked has supplies.... and they are helping each other out.... then why do I have to wait?

Maybe I should just order from Parked and get a refund but that seems a little redundant.

Ludo will you please tell us when/if we can expect a reply regarding our refunds?

I'd like to have my money back so I can order an e-cig from someplace that will actually ship it to me and communicate about my order.

I wished I'd known that Parked worked for Janty before I placed my order. I have a feeling his reviews might be a little biased?

I know how unpleasant it is for complaints, questions or comments to fall on deaf ears when trying to work things out with someone you bought something from, but in all honesty, I had quite the opposite experience with Janty USA.

I placed my Dura-C order on the first week of march, when they were still waiting for the first batch to come in (scheduled for March 10th) I figure with a little luck, I'd be one of the first people to get the Dura-C.

Unfortunately, I was not lucky enough, but I did get my emails responded to within 2 days (and I sent at least half a dozen) and, 2 weeks later, I got my delivery confirmation (March 20th) and am now sitting at work with a Dura-C on March 23rd.

I can definitely see where the frustration is coming from, If I were to not get any responses or updates, I would be just as ...... as the next guy, but if the guys over at Janty USA treated me well and shipped out quickly once they got their order, I highly doubt that any unanswered emails, or late orders, or late updates were intentional.

Just my 2 cents.

What do you think?

Sorry for the Delay Jc. I actually love it. I can see why they went this route. I was driving with my window have down holding my Dura (auto battery) and thing got rediculously HOT! If you just blow lightly on the outside of the atuo's the light up and cook the atom awfully fast. I been using my 901 alot more often as of now though.

Let's straighten this out.

Parked doesn't "work for" Janty at all, and many of the reviews that he conducted with Janty products were as a fan, and not a supplier.

Recent videos.... ehhhh.. They kinda smell of self-serving behavior, provided they don't get labeled as a supplier reviewing their products SOON.

Jeff w/ Janty USA and Parked are pooling resources, presently, and have purchased warehouse space together, but they are two separate entities, to date.

I understand peoples frustration, the dura C thing was a backup pain. But seeing orders like mine (mini fogger and juice) that were placed after my order and are already filled and sent, but no word on mine when it's been almost a month since they got money, just gets under people's skin. It's the communication, and Ludo has helped tremendously by letting us know what's going on, it's the lack of individual confirmations vs. the broad stroke brush of here is the issues, good luck recieving your orders.

so i just ordered a kissbox extended from jantyusa and a dse901 from dietsmokes. is there some issue with my order or it being delayed or back ordered or something? sorry.. just came across this post and it peaked my interest a bit.

I wouldn't be too concerned, just yet.

I think much of the issues have to do with Dura-C orders.

A friend of mine ordered a Kissbox over the weekend of the 14th, and received it on the 18th or 19th. No issues at all.

Jeff must feel your a better customer..lol I ordered the pre-order Feb 19th and am sitting here WISHING I was using the new Dura. I did receive a shipping confirmation email on Friday so I expect it should be here today as I am only 4 hours away from them.
Guess FIFO is not the method used at Janty..:(
