Janty Problems

I can understand problems w/ supply, and I'm sure they're busy over there due to the backups of orders etc.

However, when I'm told that my order will "ship today" 4 different times, then I hear nothing for days, that's what I have a problem with.

Also, this is nothing personal against Jeff @ Janty or Parked, just a 1st time e-cig buyer who's extremely displeased w/ the lack of communication and the misinformation.

The package from Janty today was the Dura-C from my pre-order. Well, part of my Dura-C anyway. White atomizer. :confused: Not my order from the esmoking promo.

Otherwise, the carts were right, everything else was either missing or wrong color. Was expecting that though.

Should say the cart boxes are labeled right as to what I ordered, but since I haven't opened them yet.........who knows.:rolleyes:

Received mine as well today and I too have one white and one black AT.
I am guessing that it has to do with the "updated" description of the Dura-C warranty where it now states that ONE atty is warranted for 6 months and the other is not. I guess this is how they tell them apart.

When I ordered the pre-order it said I would get two atomizers and nothing about one of them not being warranted and white.

Has anyone requested the refund that Ludo proposed? If so, has your money been refunded? I requested the refund, but haven't heard anything...

I've asked twice. Same level of communication. I'm on the edge of filing a Paypal complaint, but then Janty'd come up with the excuse "How do you expect us to give you a refund if you've filed a Paypal complaint?"

I requested a refund over a week ago - and heard nothing... My order is still "Pending" on the JantyUSA website...

I still want the Dura-C, I just didn't want to wait... I guess I'm waiting against my will.

I received my requested refund from Janty today, but I had also opened a dispute with paypal. I hadn't escalated the dispute to get paypal involved in investigating the situation, but merely opened the dispute to make sure that my money would be in their account to return to me. My credit card was issued a credit, so there is hope to all those awaiting refunds. This was my first order with Janty and it will, unfortunately, be my last unless I see some serious changes in the company.

The wait didn't upset me. I honestly prefer pre-orders. The messed up order and missing stuff was not really a big deal. Easily fixable. I am ticked about the PCC battery issue, but have been willing to let Janty correct it as I think it was an honest mistake. Still waiting on that BTW. If the white atomizer was a mistake, okay, fix it. If it's on purpose. :mad:

If it's truly a warranty issue, I don't know how they could have possibly thought it was a good idea. So put a limit on # of returns or mark inside or some other way. It looks like a spray painted piece of junk. That's all by itself, imagine what it looks like assembled with the black battery and cart. That's not what I bought and paid for. :grr:

Great idea to take out in public. Would guarantee nobody who saw it would order from them it looks that bad. As idiotic and low rent as when my DH duck taped DD shirt and pants together and thought it a brilliant idea.

At this point I'm not sure that I'll be keeping it. If all the Janty sets to come are the same, your money is probably better spent at Electronicstix.com My order was shipped out fast, correctly, customer service has been above and beyond and the product was as advertised. These things better be one heckuva smoke!

Well, I too got the white atomizer in my dura-c set, along with a black one. Scratching my head? Anyway, I had ordered two sets and only received one. I will try to communicate tomorrow and see if they just split up my order to help others receive one and send me one later...or did they just screw up. I am hoping it was the former, but they still owe me a starter dura-c set.

I know this has been frustrating for everybody and am sure it is for Jeff at JantyUSA too but there are still way too many unresolved issues with letting the customer know what is going on. Hopefully this will not go on for much longer. I sympathize with everyone still in the dark. At least I got one set so far. *sighing*
