Jeff will put a status update message soon, sorry for the wait. If you feel you cannot wait any longer, pls email Jeff for a refund. A new batch of DURA-C sets for current ordering is being produced and sent to the USA next week.

I haven't received a notice either and I bought through that promotion. I wonder if we will receive a notice, because they weren't purchased by us logging onto the Janty website. They were probably only sent the invoice with the shipping address...
Anyways, I am still keeping my fingers crossed that ours will make it in this order!
I tried emailing Tuesday and yesterday for a refund. No emails and no refund.
When I wrote "pre-order" , I meant pre-order at the Janty site.
This was back in February.
You WILL be refunded, pls wait for JEFF to reply when he is back behind his computer.
Ludo, I know Jeff is busy... On the dura-c batteries the 6 month warranty starts the day we receive them correct? Or would this be a matter I would have to discuss with him?

ikenmoke, the warranty for the batteries is 3 months and the atomizers are 6 months
The day you receive them your warranty starts.
Let me put the DURA-C orders situation in bullet point:
- HK arrest has affected our regular supplies
- Janty USA has moved to a new office
- Only half of the DURA-C batch has arrived safely
- We cannot supply everyone this coming week, only 60 DURA-C orders can be fulfilled starting with the esmoking101 specials.
- We can supply the next batch of 250 DURA-C sets around 4-6 April latest (I say 6 April because in view of the HK situation), the batch is being produced this coming week.
I feel personally affected by the situation and I wish I could do something to help you out. The only thing I can propose right now is for those who decide to wait: You will receive 2 bottles of liquid for free if you are not served from the half batch that has arrived in the US today.
Those who do not want to wait will be refunded before Monday.

I feel your pain in this hurting you as much as us, I'm sure you wish more so than we that this didn't happen. I was wondering I keep hearing issues of the Dura-C's. My order had nothing to do with dura-c's mine was completely mini-fogger related. Are these not due in until April as well?

I didn't expect him to send it after filing the dispute. I figured 13 days was long enough to go without any communication whatsoever. I sent numerous emails to two different addresses. Even your dispatch@jantyusa.com address which is used for order status. I understand you guys are swamped right now but I can't wait for weeks wondering if I'll ever get a status update on my order. I filed the dispute so I could get a refund (which was prompt, thank you!) so I could get some juice somewhere else.
If you guys would have simply updated me via email on what was going on (since I don't normally check the forums for vendor status updates) I would have refrained from filing the dispute and waited it out.

JantyUSA order #2715. I ordered 3x Polar Mint, and received 3 D-Mint (not even a listed flavor, seems like default mint as it is a light color unlike Polar Mint). I e-mailed you guys with no response as of yet. Can I get Polar Mint shipped out to me? I did not order D-Mint, I ordered Polar Mint which is completely different.
