Janty Problems

Sorry you get 2 emails in this thread today :(, but yesterdays and today's kinda had to be here to catch it up. I was dissapointed, and as I said I would, I am not only emailing both Janty addresses, I am pasting the emails in Ludo's IM here on this board, as well as pasting the emails into a thread as a public evidence that it seems myself (and apparently others) are being ignored in this fiasco.

I have recently had my first dealing with Janty thru this pre-order fiasco. I have been watching your postings and I hope you will remember to post here and let us know once it gets resolved. My dealings with Janty have been slightly less aggravating... but certainly not up to par. Maybe I am just used to the excellent customer svc of PureSmoker? >LOL :)

ialso agree...i had a tough time with janty ... i ordered on feb 13 and till today i havent recieved the catridge which i ordered.. also the kissbox i bought from them is gone... boken..
i also incurred an additonal shipping cost of 6 usdollars for returning the addtional dura c catridges which they send me without ordering...

now i have ended up whtout nothing even after spending 150 usdollars... no catridges which i ordered for my kissbox... when the kissbox was working-- i didnt have pen style catridges..
now even the kissbox i ordered has gone down..
jeff-- in case if anyone from janty wants to understand the details... order no 1845
ordered again.. order no 2812...
will wait for few more days and see how jeff handles this...

just tried out my dura-c with a freshly charged battery and sadly i'm not impressed. not much throat hit and vapor. my ps pilot outperforms it. tried with both atomizers and it's the same. might be the battery so i'm going to charge the other one overnight and see how it goes.

The one we got took a little to break in. Did you drip 2 drops on the atomizer? Seems you really need to hold down the button for a bit till it produces... and then the atom gets very hot.. but it does produce some heavy vapor. Not sure I like the manual switch. Will prob stick with my Pilot... or my new bada bing.. wow I love this badabing!

I ordered my kissbox classic extended on monday morning (23rd), and it got here today (26th) with everything I ordered. Charging the battery right now. I can't wait to try my first E-Cig ever!

THANKS JANTY!!!

I love mine! Amazing throat hit and very powerful (high nic R4 carts). I'm pretty impressed with it. Granted one of the two atomizers tasted like complete ... and has stopped working but the other is working great! I don't hold down the button for more than a split second before I inhale and there is tons of vapor. Results may very I suppose. I did notice the atomizer gets very hot sometimes and I'm afraid of accidentally pressing the button while it's in my pocket or something- OUCH.

Break in time is necessary, at first it was pretty pathetic but after a few drips it came to life. Hope your experience changes as you break them in.

.

I think this is an "at home" ecig.... but it looks so nice (with the black atomizer anyway)! I may hafta make a case for it soI don't turn it on by accident.

My partner does not like the manual switch.

EDIT.. someone should start a new thread called "Janty UNproblems" or "Janty Better" Or Janty Service" so only the complaints go in this thread!

As Promised, email #1 since Ludo's promise to answer all correspondence within "12 hours", sent to Janty at 7:41 PM last night, copied to Ludo's PM on this board at 7:45 PM. *Edit - Times are CST*

Hi,

I ordered a Kissbox classic on order #512 a while back. In February I asked for a warranty replacement atomizer to determine if the KB was not working due to faulty atomizer or USB passthrough. That was around Feb 8th. I was told the atomizer would be sent right out. That was over a month ago, with no further communication, updates, or much the less atomizer.

I even tried to make it easier, pre-ordering a Dura-C kit 2 days after along with some extra carts, Order #1796. I sent another email saying if it would save on processing to just throw it in the package. Again, no email, no communication, no status updates, nothing. And of course, no product. However, my money still went to Janty just fine.

Since then, I've had to find out what's happening by visiting a message board, not even tied to the company. I've had to sift through complaints to figure out if I have even a chance of getting the product I paid for. I've watched people complain about orders placed in March, nearly a month after mine, and yet still get theirs, and yet, nothing here.

I feel this has been a travesty of customer service. Now with the reviews of the issues of the Dura-C I'm not even sure if this is the right product for me. I've been way more than patient. I have not threatened, I have not called names, sent numerous emails or even been overly vocal in my complaints. I *used* to recommend Janty as the top end of e-smoking, in terms of quality and service. Now, I'm not sure.

I'd like to try the Dura, give it a fair shake, but right now, I'm so disappointed I'm not sure if it wouldn't just be better to get a refund and take my business elsewhere.

Convince me to stick with Janty. I'd rather that then a refund. If you cannot/will not, then please refund my purchase price for my order. I still would like the atomizer for my kissbox, as I still have and would like to use it again someday.

I'll wait to hear from you before making a decision, as well as copying this letter to PM's on the message board I managed to get news from.

Thank you.
I just received my Juice and battery today from JantyUSA, so I guess the orders are starting to go out. But I still did not receive my replacement USB Charger. Urrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

So what's the best technique for using these manual switches? I'm guessing it goes something like this:

1. Push button, wait about 1/2 second.
2. Start taking a drag (max ??? seconds).
3. Release button about 1/2 second before finishing drag.
4. Finish drag.

Sound about right?

That is what I have been doing. Seems like more than 5 seconds gets the atomizer way too hot.
