I've always been a fan of picture contests. IMHO, random drawings, tell us why you want one, and online bingo contests are ok... but they're not very creative. My idea would be to take a pic of your PV rig (whatever style) and caption it: "My PV Goes....", then fill in the blank. Some examples:

My PV goes :to work with me - accompanied by a pic of your PV near the assembly line you work at, or on a serving tray at your restaurant. Get creative- if you work in a dentist office, take a pic of it on the tray with some dental tools.
My PV goes: to the pool with me - take a pic of it near the water beside the suntan oil
My PV goes: on vacation with me - take a pic of it near your campfire, or at Disney, or wherever you go.

I think you guys get the picture, there are hundreds of examples I could list. You already take your PV's with you everywhere anyways. So think of one of the places you go that would be a cool backround to show off your PV. Whoever gets the most creative, wins.

"Wheel of (tank) Fortune" You come up with a phrase. Post one letter a day, every other day or a week. 24 hours after posting the letter you delete that post. First person to post the compleate phrase wins. You would need to stop by this thread within 24 hours of a letter beig posted to get that letter.

I'm a bad speller and I would stink at this but my Mom loves that show so she would be getting a call from me every time a new letter was posted. Even Mom wins with this game. LOL

This has my vote. If you need help judging strprswpr, I can be available if needed. I'm on the list of unfortunate, I don't qualify for the contest (which is fine by me and I think fair for others).

I think Jon mentioned several pages back that it would most likely be next weekend before the new batch is ready. I'll see if I can find that link.

You can count me out of the contest, I'll be getting a tank soon (thank you, all 3!). I wouldn't feel right trying to win a free tank when I know there's many more fellow ECF'ers that don't have any kind of tank yet.

I'm still open for helping with judging if needed.

Just a thought.The winning pic could be the one with the most likes.Have the contestants post for x no of days.then have a 2 days for voting on the picks.Could make jugeing easy.Just go through and find the one with the most likes.

Wouldn't know. I never watched a whole episode of Seinfeld. I could never get past the dumb stuff.

However, the case could be made that yesterday (Saturday) could have been this weekend and as today (sunday) starts a new week, it could be next weekend today. In actuality I believe next weekend means the 27th and 28th. Anyone else confused?

I don't think there's a way to do that. Guess we're back to the drawing board again. Any other contest suggestions?
