any method will really work, with the spin probably being the best, I do 2 condom fills then spin and drop from the top and spin, one of the more important things I believe is letting that cart sit for 10min or so in order for the juice to really soak into the center of the carto and settle a bit, thus insuring the carto is wet nicely in the center where the heating element is and the liquid is evenly distributed so nothing can get burnt !
Yeah not sure when he got his. Anyway if anyone has a problem they should contact the place they bought the from. Im like you Grammie. I won't use any more from that batch and I will be very cautious when filling now. I don't want to loose juice like that again.
I only use tanks......I never vape cartos alone. I fill them this way to insure good wicking in the tank.....I figure spend the extra time it takes to fill....which really isn't long....So I don't have to pull the tank apart. Also, I get at least a week out of a carto before I change it. I also fill them from the top....use the condom on the battery end and spin the crap out of it and keep filling until no more liquid goes in.
No, I know Stormy wouldn't have sent out bad cartos. I said in another post back a page or two that she's the best. I still stand by that statement. I know she'll make them right for us or anyone that bought some bad carto's. It won't stop me from ordering from her either. She's good people, I know it!
Oh I'm not sure about the batt life. Just fill up the tank and try. It's like a big head with small body though. Lol
ya, i don't tend to use cartos alone these days, but that's how i filled it before putting it in the tank
Glad to hear that Grammie. I hope everyone else feels the same way. She was very concerned when I talked with her. Like she said if she had known there was a problem she would not have sent them out. she didn't profit from that sale on these cartos at all, and i really respect her for standing behind her products and replacing them. Stuff happens. I would definately order from her again without hesitation.
I'm going to experiment with the 3.0 Boges that I have left. I'm thinking we just might be able to tell the good from the bad by filling them (before punching). We should be able to see which one soaks up the juice very quick and which ones don't. I think that's going to tell the tale on which are good and which are bad.
Plus we can take a few drags off of the carto, that should tells us right then and there if it's a good carto or bad carto.

Hey everybody. I'm new to the whole tank thing. Got a couple of questions.
What is the best carto for these tanks? Do you punch two holes in the carto if you use thick juices? How do you get the best wicking? Any tips or twicks??

I have stopped using the Boges because they were gegtting oversaturated. Couldn't use the one that came with the tank. Have also had three others get completely flooded right away. I did have one or two last a couple of hours before they flooded. Did I do something wrong?

Probably. Watch & re-watch the filling video in the maintenance thread. Be very careful when punching not to hit the inner tube. More often then not one or both of these is the problem.
Not everyone here will admit it, but I for one went through at least 8 cartos before I got my technique down. Even now I make adjustments to how I punch and fill the cartos. Most recently I have been more carefull not to bend/ dimple the carto too much.
