That thing makes tiny holes, but its hit or miss. Some people still using it, I went back to the hammer/nail. Actually I grabbed a spring-loaded punch from harbor freight last week and I love it. It was suggested a while back but I couldn't find it before. MY new technique involves a few more steps but works great: I sand a little bit of the shiny off the carto with a dremmel tool, then use the spring loaded punch, then lightly tap a hammer and nail to make the holes a little bigger. Works great, very little bending of the carto and perfectly place the punches where I want them. The carto doesn't slide around cuz I dremmel a tiny bit and use an incense holder to steady the carto. Sounds complicated but its really easy.

can you guys tell me the secret to shipping for 2-3 dollars with tracking? Everytime I sell something in the classifieds, I go to the post office and they charge me like 4-5 dollars. I wanna offer up my 3/8" saddle valve if you need it or just put it in the classies, but for $5 shipping its not worth it.

The secret is to pay for shipping through paypal. I ship everything for under $3 first class with shipping. If you use paypal to ship tracking is only 19 cents.

mwa, Are you still using the i06 in a tank?

I am Big Fran, not in one of Jons right now but same type of set up and Jons will work. Any tank will work as long as you have the right caps & O-Rings. PM me if you have any questions on it please

any method will really work, with the spin probably being the best, I do 2 condom fills then spin and drop from the top and spin, one of the more important things I believe is letting that cart sit for 10min or so in order for the juice to really soak into the center of the carto and settle a bit, thus insuring the carto is wet nicely in the center where the heating element is and the liquid is evenly distributed so nothing can get burnt !
I've found that filling a tank and letting it sit for a while before vaping really does help! Lets the juice soak in a lot better.

bp, if it's under 3 ounces, it should only cost you $1.71 to ship first class, plus another 80 cents for tracking. It goes up 17 cents for each ounce over 3, until you hit 13 ounces, then it has to go Priority. I save my puffy envelopes from stuff I've ordered to reuse, so I don't even have to pay for that. (I work for the PO)

guys if you take a 6" piece of a 2x4 and drill a 8.5 mm hole in it or something close enough that the carto fits tightly in the hole, then another hole drilled down from the top at the spot where you want your carto punched this is a perfect jig for carto punching. Then take a nail punch and sharpen it to a point on a belt sander for your punch this little jig is cheaply made and works fantastic for punching cartos. Just saying

Hi guys. Just wanted to let everyone know I'm done with the carto issue. Evidentally some people aren't too concerned with the issue and question my ability to fill a carto. Now it's being questioned by others also. This is way too much work and time. Analogs are so much easier. E cigs are just becoming a time consuming chore to me now, and taking up time that I could be spending with my family doing other things. It also appears that not that many people are having a problem. So I'm just going to eat the cartos and do business elsewhere at this point. I'm not wasting anymore time or juice here. Sorry to rant but I'm done. Here is the latest e-mail I received:

Hey
Do you think everyone could open one pack and try it before we return everything?.
I'd rather replace the bad as opposed to replacing everything, considering that many haven't had any issues. What do you think?
