Hey guys. I only ever do one hole. Every time, I do two they flood on me. Where are you placing the two holes?

I put at like a right angle around the coil. Like if the coil were at 12:00 O'clock, I punch at 10:30 and 2:00 one a little higher than the other. This way you can do the bubble trick pretty easy, no flood. But i've done them on opposite sides too.

For some reason the small needle holes are working very good, I think bigger holes effect the air/liquid intake too and these small needle size holes allow for better pull of the liquid and just a better draw, just my personal opinion. Also you dont have to worry about the bubble with little holes while vaping or putting the cap on after a fill.

huh, I don't get it. Every time I try = flood. I have to be doing something wrong.
Are you leaving the air bubble over the holes? If you flood it that way it takes ages to get the extra juice out without drawing even more in. Total PItA. That's the reason I punch both my holes on top of each other, Makes it easier to line up the air bubble.

strp i have a ?..since ur the TANK KING....do u fill ur cartos b4 putting it in ur TANK?
It is much easier to do it that way, yes. I think you probably could fill it afterward, but you've got a much larger risk of flooding or dry burning that way because most of the normal filling techniques don't work.

i tried this with a new carto... works much better... i find im not flooding the carto anymore.. and the draw is consistent eaven after sitting the tank down for a few hours.. with the larger holes i found that wile it set on the table for a wile it would flood a bit... now its good clean clear vapibility... and im all VG in there....

Lava Tank users,,,Just a little something I've been doing that some of you may want to try, Instead of using a nail punch or punch like a nail punch,,, I have been using a large sewing needle to punch my holes in my carto's and making much smaller holes, 1-2 holes down low, the smaller holes seem to pull in the right amount of liquid into the carto and being smaller they draw the liquid into the carto better at a better rate then the normal bigger holes, do to air flow and draw. You may want to give this a try, my filler doesn't seem to sag as quickly because there not flooding, and also no burning, my cartos are lasting longer too using the needle and smaller holes.:2cool:
