What color choices are available?Styles?I know its probably in this huge thread somewhere,but its huge.Also,do they go on sale when he finishes a run or are they custom ordered?.I've seen some of the pics with a jonboy tank and it looks like the top cap and tip are one piece,
looks very nice with the swirled colors

Anyone know anything about employee rights??? I went to work today, and found that the owner had installed closed circuit surveillance cameras everywhere. Best that I can find out that so far is that it's illegal if it the premises aren't posted saying that you are entering an area that's monitored by CCTV's. We have 9 guys in our shop and now have 8 cameras watching our every move. I was absolutely livid when I found out. I'm 46 years old and have helped make this guy a VERY rich man, and now I have to be wary of my every move. Helluva thank you, I'd say. He hasn't informed any of the employees about it either, which is also against the law. There's a lot of gray area in the laws covering this. Anyone on here that can enlighten me??? I know this is off topic, but I was hoping someone on here knew more about this than me.

Wish I could help but this one is definitely out of my league. You could look on your state dept. of labor website, or make an anonymous call. They can give you the final word on legality.
